गावातील ĺामĒथ यां÷या मागणीनुसार महाराđłाचे राùयपाल, याǑारे लातूर िजčǡातील लातूर तालुòयातील कािशिलंगेĐवर नगर या सोबत÷या

अनुसूचीतील Ēतंभ (३) मĄये िविनिदɑđट कɁčयाŌमाणे महसुली गावाचा समावेश असलेले Ēथािनक ȦेŇ हे ùया िदनांकापासून ĒवतंŇ गाव

असेल आिण संिवधाना÷या भाग ९ ÷या Ōयोजनासाठी अनुसूचीतील Ēतंभ (२) मĄये िविनिदɑđट कɁčयाŌमाणे कािशिलंगेĐवर नगर, ĒवतंŇ

गाव या नावाने ओळखले जाईल तो िदनांक Ċहणून ३१ िडसɞबर २०२१ हा िदवस िविनिदɑđट करीत आहेत.

NOTIFICATION

No.VPM-2019/CR88-/PR-4(22).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of article 243 of

the Constitution of India, read with section 4 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act ( III of 1959),

and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, and in supersession of all the previous notifications

or instruments issued in this behalf, and after consultation with the Standing Committee of the Zilla

Parishad, Latur and on demand of villagers of Kashilingeshwar Nagar revenue Trishanku village

in Latur Tahasil, in Latur District, the Governor of Maharashtra hereby specifies the day of the

31st December 2021, to be the date from which local area comprising the revenue village

Kashilingeshwar Nagar, in Latur Tahasil, in Latur District, specified in column (3) of the schedule

appended herewith shall be the distinct village and shall be known by the name of the village

Kashilingeshwar Nagar, as specified in column (2) thereof, for the purposes of Part IX of the

Constitution.
