NOTIFICATION
No. Tendu-2021/C.R.207/F-9.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Maharashtra
Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) Act,1969 (Mah. LVII of 1969), and of all other powers enabling in
that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby amends the Government Notification, Revenue and
Forest Department, No. MFP 2015/CR-268/F-9, dated 6th October 2015 as follows :—
In the schedule of said Notification entries made with respect to Unit No. 55
Bondgaon, 56-Dhabetekari of Gondia Forest Division and Unit No. 52 Pimpalgaon, 53-Jaitpur of
Bhandara Forest Division on the page number 83, 96 and 97 the following shall be substituted :—
