NOTIFICATION
No.ROB 2022/C.R. 10/ 18 (O and M).– In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3)
of article 166 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Maharashtra is hereby pleased to
make the following rules further to amend the Maharashtra Government Rules of Business
as follows, namely:—
1. These rules may be called the Maharashtra Government Rules of Business (Amendment)
Rules, 2022.
2. In the FIRST SCHEDULE appended to the Maharashtra Government Rules of Business,–
(a) under the heading “DEPARTMENTS OF GOVERNMENT”, for entry at serial number
27, the following entry shall be substituted, namely :-
“27. Skills, Employment, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Department”;
(b) for the heading, “27. Subjects alloted to Skill Development, Employment and
Entrepreneurship Department ”, the following heading shall be substituted, namely :-
“27. Subjects alloted to Skills, Employment, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Department”;
(c) under the heading “(27) Subjects alloted to Skills, Employment, Entrepreneurship and
Innovation Department” so substituted,
(i) for the sub-heading “I. Skill Development, Employment and Entrepreneurship
Division”, the sub-heading “I. Skills, Employment, Entrepreneurship and Innovation
Division” shall be substituted ;
(ii) under the sub-heading “II-Geneal”,—
(A) in entry 7, for the words “Skill Development, Employment and
Entrepreneurship Department”, the words “Skills, Employment, Entrepreneurship
and Innovation Department” shall be substituted ;
(B) in entry 10, for the words “Skill Development, Employment and
Entrepreneurship Department”, the words “Skills, Employment, Entrepreneurship
and Innovation Department” shall be substituted.
