झोपडपƾी पुनवɑसन योजना राबिवĀयाकȫरता, महाराđł झोपडपƾी ȦेŇ (सुधारणा, िनमूɑलन व पुनिवɑकास ) अिधिनयम, १९७१ (१९७१

चा महा.२८), या÷या कलम ३ अ ÷या पोट-कलम (१) व (२) Ǒारे Ōदान करĀयात आलेčया अिधकारांचा वापर कȟन, शासकीय

अिधसूचना, गृहिनमाɑण िवभाग, ĸमांक एमएमआर-२०२०/Ō.ĸ.५६/२०२०/झोपसु, िदनांक ८ सĆटɠबर, २०२० (यात यापुढɂ िजचा िनदɨश

“उòत अिधसूचना” असा करĀयात आला आहे) अąवये मुंबई महानगर Ōदेश झोपडपƾी पुनवɑसन Ōािधकरण (बृहąमुंबई महानगरपािलकɁचे

ȦेŇ वगळȴन) (यात यापुढɂ ùयाचा िनदɨश “उòत झोपडपƾी पुनवɑसन Ōािधकरण” असा करĀयात आला आहे) िनयुòत कɁले आहे;

आिण ùयाअथȯ, महाराđł शासनास, झोपडपƾी पुनवɑसन योजना राबिवĀयाकȫरता पालघर नगरपȫरषद व बोईसर ĺामपंचायत यांचा

समावेश असलेले ȦेŇ, उòत झोपडपƾी पुनवɑसन Ōािधकरणा÷या कायɑȦेŇामĄये समािवđट करणे इđट आहे असे वाटते;

āयाअथȯ, आता, महाराđł झोपडपƾी ȦेŇ (सुधारणा, िनमूɑलन व पुनिवɑकास ) अिधिनयम, १९७१ (१९७१ चा महा.२८), या÷या

कलम ३ अ ÷या पोट-कलम (१) व (२) Ǒारे Ōदान करĀयात आलेčया अिधकारांचा वापर कȟन, महाराđł शासन, याǑारे, उòत

अिधसूचनेमĄये खालीलŌमाणे सुधारणा करीत आहे :-

उòत अिधसूचनेतील, पȫर÷छɂद ४ मĄये, उप-पȫर÷छɂद (ब) मĄये “व कजɑत या नगरपȫरषदा” ऐवजी “कजɑत व पालघर या नगरपȫरषदा

आिण बोईसर ĺामपंचायत” असे शĈद समािवđट करĀयात येत आहेत.

NOTIFICATION

No. MMR-2022/C.R.11/Zopasu.—Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has, in exercise

of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 3A of the Maharashtra Slum Areas

(Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971 (Mah.XXVIII of 1971), issued the

Government Notification, vide Housing Department, No.MMR/2020/C.R.56/2020/Zopasu, dated

the 8th September 2020 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Notification”), to appoint the Mumbai

Metropolitan Region Slum Rehabilitation Authority (excluding the Brihan-Mumbai Municipal

Corporation Area) (hereinafter referred to as “the said Authority”), for implementing the Slum

Rehabilitation Schemes in the areas within the limits of certain Municipal Corporation and Municipal

Councils;

And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra considers it expedient to include the areas

comprising of the Municipal Council of Palghar and Grampanchayat of Biosar, within the jurisdiction

of the said Authority, for implementing the Slum Rehabilitation Schemes under the said Act in the

said areas;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of section 3A of the

Maharashtra Slum Areas ( Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act,1971 (Mah.XXVIII

of 1971), the Government of Maharashtra hereby amends the said notification, as follows, namely :-

In the said Notification, in paragraph 4, in sub paragraph (b) for the words “and Karjat” the

words “Karjat and Palghar and Grampanchayat of Boisar” shall be substituted.
