ĸमांक खाȦेस-२००४/Ō.ĸ.२५/रĒते-८.—मुंबई मोटार वाहन कर अिधिनयम, १९५८ (१९५८ चा मुंबई ६५) या÷या कलम २०

ची पोट-कलमे (१-अ), (१-ब), (१-क), (१-ड) आिण (१-इ) Ǒारे Ōदान करĀयात आलेčया अिधकारांचा वापर कȠन महाराđł

शासन याǑारे घोिषत करते की, खाजगीकरणा÷या माĄयमातून ‘बांधा, वापरा व हĒतांतȫरत करा’ या योजनेतून औरंगाबाद शहरातील नďयाने

बांधĀयात आलेले रĒते, पूल, उǄाणपूला÷या पोचमागाɑसह बांधलेले उǄाणपूल, रĒāयाचे भाग, पोचमागाɑसह बांधलेले वळण मागɑ आिण रेčवे

उǄाणपूल यांची करĀयात येणारी बांधणी, पुनबाɕधणी, सुधारणा िकȽवा दुȟĒती िकȽवा औरंगाबाद शहर एकाȬāमक रĒते िवकास कायɑĸमाचा

भाग असलेčया (सदर अिधसूचने÷या टीपमĄये िवशेषāवाने सिवĒतरȫरāया वणɑन कɁčयाŌमाणे) कामांचा समूह औरंगाबाद शहरातील एक

सुिनȬĐचत ȦेŇ िनȬĐचत कȠन कलम २० ÷या Ōयोजनासाठी नďयाने िनदɨिशत कɁलेले दर व कालावधीसाठी साकčयाने एकच मानĀयात

येईल. या कामांचा वापर करणाķया खालील अनुसूची÷या Ēतंभ (२) मĄये अनुĸमे िविनिदɑđट कɁलेčया Ōकारां÷या मोटार वाहनांवर आिण

वाहनांकडȴन ओढȴन नेčया जाणाķया अनुयानांवर अनुसूचȮमĄये āयां÷या समोर िविनिदɑđट कɁलेčया दराने, व कालावधीसाठी –

(१) औरंगाबाद-जळगाव रĒता, (Ōमुख राùय मागɑ ८) िक.मी. २३८/७०० सावंगी गावाजवळ.

(२) औरंगाबाद-पैठण रĒता (राùय मागɑ ३०) िक.मी. ३३६/८००, नȦŇवाडीजवळ.

(३) औरंगाबाद- लासुर रĒता (राùय मागɑ ३०) लासुर गावाजवळ बांधĀयात आलेčया पथकर Ēथानकांवर िदनांक

१ एिŌल २०२२ ते िदनांक ३१ िडसɞबर २०२२ या कालावधीसाठी पथकर बसिवĀयात येत आहे.

टीपा :

१. या रĒते व पुलां÷या सुिनȬĐचत समूहात औरंगाबाद शहरातील पाच उǄाणपुलांचे बांधकाम, जालना रĒāयावरील लाडगांव, झाčटा

वळणरĒता, बीड वळणरĒāयावरील िशवाजीनगर व संĺामनगर आिण अहमदनगर नाका येथील रेčवे उǄाणपूल, शɞŉा औǐोिगक वसाहत ते

िचखलठाणा रĒāयाचे व झाčटा वळणरĒāयाचे चौपदरीकरण, बीड वळणरĒāयाचा सेवा रĒता, औरंगाबाद-पैठण व औरंगाबाद-अहमदनगर

या रĒāयांना जोडणारा पैठण िलंक रोड, औरंगाबाद-अहमदनगर ते तीसगांव-लासूर रेčवे Ēटɂशन रĒāयाचे बांधकाम, औरंगाबाद-पैठण राùय

महामागाɑचे (राđłीय महामागाɑ÷या दजाɑŌमाणे) सुधारणा, गंगापूर फाटा ते वाळȲज रĒāया÷या बाजूपʶांचे बांधकाम यांचा समावेश असेल.

२. वाहन धारकाने ५० िकȽवा १०० कȱपन असलेली पथकर पुȬĒतका आगाऊ खरेदी कɁčयास यासाठी āयास पुȬĒतकɁ÷या िकमतीमĄये

अनुĸमे २५ टòकɁ व ५० टòकɁ सवलत देĀयात येईल.

३. खालील वाहनांना पथकरातून सूट देĀयात येईल :–

(१) अितमहŚवा÷या ďयòतȮची वाहने जसे राđłपती, उप राđłपती, िविवध राùयांचे राùयपाल, लाल िदवे लावĀयाचा

अिधकार असलेली लोकŌितिनधȮची वाहने,

(२) लोकसभा व राùयसभेचे िवǐमान सदĒय तसेच महाराđł िवधानसभा व महाराđł िवधान पȫरषदेचे िवǐमान सदĒय

Ōवास करीत असलेली वाहने,

(३) लोकसभा व राùयसभेचे महाराđłातील माजी सदĒय तसेच महाराđł िवधानसभा व महाराđł िवधान पȫरषदेचे माजी

सदĒय Ōवास करीत असलेली वाहने,

(४) शासकीय वाहने,

(५) संरȦण खाāयाची वाहने,

४. या Ōयोजनाकȫरता उपरोčलेिखत रĒāयावरील या अिधसूचनेत नमूद कɁलेčया पथकर नाòयांवर पथकराची संपूणɑ रòकम

वसुली करĀयाचा आिण ठɂवून घेĀयाचा अिधकार महाराđł राùय रĒते िवकास महामंडळ मयाɑिदत, मुंबई यांना Ōदान करĀयात आला आहे.

NOTIFICATION

No. PPP 2004/C.R.25/Road-8.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1-A), (1-B),

(1-C), (1-D) and (1-E) of section 20 of the Maharashtra Motor Vehicles Tax Act (LXV of 1958), and of

all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby declares that the

toll shall be levied on the classes of motor vehicles speciﬁed in column (2) of the Schedule appended

hereto and on the trailors drawn by such motor vehicles, passing over any of the newly constructed

ﬂyover bridges, railway over bridges or roads constructed, reconstructed, improved or repaired as

the case may be, the cluster of which is situated within the Aurangabad City (more particularly

described in the note appened hereinafter), which is declared as one single entity for the purposes of

the said section 20, under “Built”, Operate and Transfer (BOT) Basis by the Maharashtra State Road

Development Corporation Limited, Mumbai, at the rates speciﬁed against each of the said vehicles

in column (3) of the said Schedule, with effect from the 1st April 2022 to the 31st December 2022, at

toll collection centers constructed on,—

(a) near Sawangi Village on Aurangabad- Jalgaon Road (M.D.R.-8) at kilometer 238/700,

(b) Nakshatrawadi Village on Aurangabad - Paithan Road (S.H. -30), at kilometer 336/800,

and

capacity of more than twelve and upto twenty passengers,

excluding driver) and goods carriage vehicles except vehicles

included in entries at serial numbers 1, 3 and 4.

Trucks, Buses.

Heavy goods vehicles and heavy passenger motor vehicles as

deﬁned in the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988), such as

Truck-Trailers combination, Multi-axle Vehicles, etc., except

vehicles covered by the entry at serial number 3 above.

Notes .—

(1) The cluster of the Roads and Bridges shall include the constructions of Flyover Bridges in

Aurangabad city; construction of ROB’s at Ladgaon on Jalna Road, Zalta Bypass, near Shivajinagar

and Sangramnagar on Beed Bypass Road and Ahmednagar Naka, Four laning of Shendra Industrial

area to Chikalthana and Zalta Diversion; Service Road to Beed Bypass Road, Construction of Paithan

Link Road joining Aurangabad – Paithan Road and Aurangabad Ahemadnagar Road; construction

of Road Aurangabad – Ahemadnagar Highway to Tisgaon- Lasur Station Road; Improvement (to

national highway standard) of Aurangabad Paithan Road; and providing hard shoulders to Gangapur

phata to Waluj.

(2) A vehicle owner who purchases a toll coupon book in advance containing 50 or 100 coupons,

will be given a discount of 25 per cent and 50 per cent, respectively.

(3) The following types of vehicles are exempted from payment of toll namely :-

(i) VVIP Vehicle carrying President of India, Vice President of India, Governor of States,

Public Representatives entitled for red lamp on their vehicles.

(ii) Vehicles carrying sitting Members of Parliament, Maharashtra Legislative Assembly

and Maharashtra Legislative Council.

(iii) Vehicles carrying Ex-Members of Parliament from Maharashtra and Ex-Member of

Maharashtra Legislative Assembly and Maharashtra Legislative Council.

(iv) Government Vehicles.

(v) Defence Vehicles.

(vi) Police Vehicles.

(vii) Fire Fighting Vehicles.

(viii) Ambulances.

(ix) Hearses.

(x) Vehicles of Post and Telegraph Department.

(xi) Buses of Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation.

(xii) Buses carrying School Children.

(4) For this purpose, the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Ltd., Mumbai, is

authorized to collect and retain the amount of toll at the above toll collection centres.
