NOTIFICATION
No. PRO. 0121/C.R. 04/Spl.-2.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2)
of section 20 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (II of 1974) and of all other powers enabling
it in that behalf and in supersession of the Government Notification, Home Department, No. PRO.
0121/C.R. 04/Spl.2, dated the 3rd February 2021, the Government of Maharashtra hereby,—
(a) appoints the persons holding the post of Additional Collector, Palghar (Headquarter at
Jawhar) and Residential Deputy Collector of Palghar District to be Executive Magistrates; and
(b) appoints each such Executive Magistrate to be an Additional District Magistrate; and
(c) directs that each such Additional District Magistrate shall have all the powers of a
District Magistrate under the said Code or under any other law for the time being in force.
