PREVENTION OF CORRUPTION ACT, 1988.

No. SPC 1322/C.R. 73/IX.—Whereas vide Government Resolutions CRC 1098/750/(60)-IX, dated

22nd October 2007, CRC1009/C.R.80/9, dated 16th November 2010 and SPC 1313/C.R.64/IX, dated

2nd May 2013 issued by the Government of Maharashtra, Special Courts are established at Mumbai,

Pune, Nagpur and Amravati for trial of cases exclusively investigated by the Central Bureau of

Investigation(CBI) ;

And whereas, the Registrar General, High Court of Bombay vide letter referred above, has

requested the Government in Law and Judiciary Department to appoint the Judges mentioned

in column (2), in place of the Judges mentioned in the column (3) of the Schedule below, to deal

with and try the cases filed under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, investigated by the

CBI ;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the

Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (Act 49 of 1988), the Government of Maharashtra, on

recommendation of the Bombay High Court, appoints the following District Judge and Additional
