Publishing the list of changes in draft development Plan of Municipal Council, Wadi

as per Section 28 (4) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.

Whereas, Development Plan of Wadi Municipal Council has been published in Maharashtra

Government of Gazette dated 27^th February to 4^th March 2020. Process of objection and suggestion on

draft Development Plan was carried out at office of Municipal Council, Wadi on 25^th May to 29^th May 2022.

After hearing objection and suggestion on draft Development Plan, Planning committee had submitted its

report to the Planning Authority on 20^th July 2022.

And whereas, the Planning Authority after considering the report submitted by Planning Committee

passed resolution dated 13th September 2022 to make modification/changes to the said plan and submit

the said plan for sanction to Government u/s 30 of said Act.

And whereas, it is necessary to publish the said modification/changes made in the said Plan for

inspection of the Public as per Section 28(4) of the said Act.

Now, therefore, the list of modification/changes made u/s 28 (4) of the Act, by Planning Authority is

hereby published as Appendix-A as per provision of said Act for information of the public. The said Draft

Development Plan showing the modification/changes is kept open for inspection of the public in the office

of Municipal Council, Wadi, on working days, during office hours for period of 30 days.
