(1) Short Title and commencement.-1. This Act may be called the National Backward Krushi

University, Tadwal Railway Station, Tal. Akkalkot, Dist. Solapur 413 219 Minority Language

Private University (name of the university) Act Model Act for Agriculture in India (Revised 2009).

2. It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Government

Gazette, announce.

(2) Definitions.

In this Act and all Statutes and Regulations made thereunder, unless the context otherwise

requires :

The Constitution (Sixty-Fifth Amendment) Forwarding the copy of Notification No. 12015/13/2010-

Reservation Policy in National Institutes under Admission Act, 2006 should be said. In this Act

and in all laws and regulations made thereunder, if the context otherwise requires:

1. “Academic Council” means the Academic Council of the University, Minority Language

2. “Act” means the Agricultural University Act,

3. Central Act, 1860 Trust Section 25, 2003 Affiliation under UGC Act, 1956 (Anurag Krushi

Shikshan Research Institute, Solapur)

4. “Agriculture” includes the disciplines of,

5. “Appellate” Means Accreditation of Campus & Indian Agriculture Research Journals

(a) Natural Resource Management ;

(b) Crop Improvement including Production and Protection;

(d) Veterinary, Animal Sciences and Fisheries;

(e) Dairy Science and Technology;

(f) Forestry;

(g) Agriculture Engineering and Technology: (1) Building of Quality Surveying

(2) Valuation Surveying

(h) Food Technology;

(i) Home Science;

(j) Agri-business Management;

(k) Basic Sciences and Humanities in relation to Agriculture;

(l) Any other subject related to Agriculture.

6. “Authority” means any authority of the University as specified in this Act;

7. “Board” means Board of Management of the University;

8. “Board of Studies” means academic affairs committee at faculty level;

9. “College” means a constituent college of the University under its direct administrative and

financial control and management;

10. “Chancellor” means Chancellor of the University;

11. “Comptroller” means Comptroller of the University;

12. “Dean” means Head of the constient College;

13. “Dean Faculty” means Head of the subject matter faculty. 12. “Dean Student Welfare” means

Dean of Student Welfare, Counselling and Student Placement.

14. “Director” means Director of Education, Director of Research and Director of Extension

Extension Education;

15. “Extension Council” means Extension Education Council of the University; 15. “Faculty”

means Faculty in the University as specified in the Act and the Statutes; 16. “Government” means

Government of the State/UT Maharashtra, 17. “Governor” means Governor of the State/UT

Maharashtra;

16. “Head” means Head of the Department of the University;

17. “Hostel” means a place of residence for students of the University maintained or recognized

by the University;

18. The National Council for Science and Technology Communication (NCSTC) of the University;

19. “Officer” means an officer of the University as specified in the Act/Statutes;

20. “Prescribed” means provision as set forh in the statutes of the University;

21. “Registrar” means Registrar of the University;

22. “Research Council” means Research Council of the University; PRELIMIANRY :: 4 :: MODEL

ACT FOR AGRICULTURE UNIVERSITIES IN INDIA.

23. “Statutes” means the person admitted and enrolled in a constituent college/unit of the

University for taking a course of study for a degree, or other academic Programme duly instituted;

24. “Teacher” means a person not below the rank of Assistant Professor appointed or recognized

by the University for the purpose of imparting instruction and/or conducting and guiding research

and/or extension education programmes and may include any other person who may be declared by

the Statutes to be a teacher;

25. “University” means National Backward Krushi Vidyapeeth Private University (name of

the University) as constituted under this Act; (29) “Vice-Chancellor” means Vice-Chancellor of the

University.

introduced in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly on the 5th July 2021, is hereby published under

the authority of the Governor.

further to amend the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016.

WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the Maharashtra Public

Universities Act, 2016, for the purposes hereinafter appearing; it is hereby

enacted in the Seventy-second Year of the Republic of India as follows :-

1. This Act may be called the Maharashtra Public Universities

(Amendment) Act, 2021.

2. In section 109 of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016, in

sub-section (3),—

(i) in clause (f), after the second proviso, the following proviso shall

be added, namely :—

“Provided further that, for the academic year 2021-2022,

the compliance report received by the University within the

prescribed time limit, shall be scrutinized by the Board of Deans

and be forwarded to the State Government with the approval of the

Management Council on or before 31st July 2021; ” ;

(ii) in clause (g), for the second proviso, there shall be substituted

the following proviso,

वसई-विरार शहर महानगरपालिका अस्तितवात आलेली असून नगरविकास विभाग निर्णय क्र. टी.पी.एस. १२०९/२४२९/सी.आर. २६२/

युुडी-१२, दिनांक ७ जुुलै २०१० नुुसार या महानगरपालिकेला नियोजन प्राधिकरण म्हणून अधिकार प्रदान केलेले आहे. तसेच शासनाने

वसई-विरार शहर महानगरपालिका हद्ीतून वगळलेलया २१ गावांसाठी विशेष नियोजन प्राधिकरण म्हणून सिडकोकडे असलेले अधिकार,

दिनांक २१ फेब्रुवारी २०१५ पासून वसई-विरार शहर महानगरपालिकेला प्रदान केलेले आहेत.

आणि जयाअर्थी, वसई-विरार शहर महानगरपालिकेने वसई-विरार उप प्रदेशाचया विकास योजनेमधये महाराष्ट्र प्ादेशिक नियोजन व

नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६ चे कलम ३७(१) मधील तरतुुदीनुुसार खालील प्रमाणे सुधारणा करणेचे ठरविलेले आहे. वरील तरतुुदी

अनुुसार मा. आयुुकत (तथा प्रशासक) यांनी विकास आराखड्ामधये Dumping Ground आरक्षण क्र. ४५१ मधील काही क्षेत्र वगळून

लगतचया Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) आरक्षण क्र. ४५० मधये अंतर्भूत करणयासाठी व १२ मी.डी.पी. र्ता प्रस्तावित

करणयासाठी मा. प्रशासकीय ठऱाव क्र. ९०९ दिनांक १३ सपटेंबर २०२२ रोजी मानयता दिलेली आहे. सदर माहिती खालील प्रमाणे आहे.

मंजूर विकास आराखड्ा मधून वगळणयात येणाऱया आरक्षणाची माहिती खालील प्रमाणे आहे.

MAHARASHTRA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

Maharshtra Industrial Development Act, 1961.

Whereas, Maharashtra Logistic Park Policy, 2018 has been published by Government in

Industries, Energy and Labour Department vide its Notification No.1916/C.R.221/Industry-2, dated

14th Feb. 2018 (Herein referred as the said Policy) ;

And whereas, as per the said Policy, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC)

is declared as the Special Planning Authority for the development of Integrated Logistics Parks

across the State ;

And whereas, as per section 43 (1B) of Maharashtra Industrial Development Act,1961, that

subject to the general or specific directions of the State Government, the Corporation may, by

notification in the Official Gazette, notify any industrial area as the Integrated Industrial Area

and upon such notification, the Corporation shall become the Special Planning Authority for such

Integrated Industrial Area under the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 ;

And whereas, M/s BGR Construction LLP made an application requesting MIDC to notify their

proposed project area in Village Vahuli, Tal. Bhiwandi, Dist. Thane as Integrated Logistic Park ;

And whereas, the High Power Committee in its 135th meeting held on 24th June 2021 has

approved the proposal of an Integrated Logistics Park proposed to be developed by, M/s BGR

Construction LLP in Village Vahuli, Tal. Bhiwandi, Dist. Thane ;

And whereas, vide its, Notification No. IDC-2018/CR 732/Ind-14, dated 4th February 2022 of

Industries Energy & Labour Department, Government of Maharashtra declared 3.359 Ha area of

Village Vahuli, Tal. Bhiwandi, Dist. Thane. to be an ‘Industrial Area’ under clause (g) of section 2 of

Maharashtra Development Act, 1961.

Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred under clause (1B) of section 43 of the Maharashtra

Industrial Development Act, 1961 (Mah.XV of 2013), the undersigned as Chief Executive Officer of

Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, Hereby notify the area at Village Vahuli, Tal.

Bhiwandi, Dist. Thane. as per appended schedule as ‘Integrated Industrial Area (Logistic Park)’.

A copy of this Notification and plan showing boundaries shall form part of this Notification. The

Notification is made available on the website of MIDC.www.midcindia.org.

The State Government in Urban Development Department has issued Notification under

No. TPB-4321/307/CR-154/2021/UD-11, dated 30-05-2022, and the Government has directed to the

Municipal Corporation to carry out variation in Town Planning Scheme Mahim IV (1st Variation)

(Final) under sub section (2) of section 91 of the M.R. & T.P. Act 1966.

The copy of Notification issued by Urban Development Department and copy of proposed plan

are available for public inspection in the following offices in office hours of any working day for the

period of one month from the date of publishing of this notice.

Plan), Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai, 5th Floor, Annex Building, Mahapalika Marg,

Mumbai 400 001, not later than a period of One Month from the date of publication of this Notice.

NOTICE

(As per section 37(1) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act,1966)

The Urban Development Department of Government of Maharashtra, vide its Notification

No.TPS-1208/2884/CR 139/09/UD-12, dated 4th April 2012 has Sanctioned the Development Plan

for Sector No. 3 to 7 (excluding EP) of Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation and Government of

Maharashtra Sanctioned the Excluded Part of the Development Plan of Sector 3 to 7 vide Notification

No.TPS-1212/458/CR 148/12/UD-12, dated 4th August 2016.

And Whereas, in the Sector 4 of said sanctioned Development Plan, Out of the 193100 sq.mtr

area of Reservation No. 506 ‘Hillock Garden’, 4000 sq.mtr area is proposed to be modified as ‘Burial

Ground for Dowudi Bohara Muslim Jamat’ and Hon. Administrator of Kalyan Dombivali Municipal

Corporation has passed the Administrative Resolution No. 47, date 13th September 2022 to initiate

the process of modification as mentioned above as per section 37(1) of the Maharashtra Regional

and Town Planning Act, 1966.

In view of this the Part Plan showing the relevant Changes with the proposed modification is

kept open for inspection of General Public at the office of Town Planning Department and ‘J’ Ward

Office of Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation on all working days in working Hours.

Therefore, I hereby inform to citizens regarding suggestion/objection if any to the proposed

modification should be communicated in writting to Asssistant Director Town Planning Department,

Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in

Maharashtra Government Gazette, so that suggestion/objection so received will be considered before

submitting the proposal for sanction of the Government of Maharashtra.
