Whereas, the Bhamragad, Nagar Panchayat, (hereinafter referred to as “the said Planning Authority”, vide Reso-

lution No. 10, dated 17^th March 2021, had declared its intention to prepare a Draft Development Plan of Bhamragad

(hereinafter referred to as the “said Draft Development Plan”) for the area under its Jurisdiction, (hereinafter referred to

as the “said area”) as per the provision of Section 23(1) read with Section 21(2) of Maharashtra Regional & Town

Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as the “said Act”) and notice to that effect is published in Maharashtra

Government Gazette, Nagpur Division, Supplement Part-1A on May 13-19, 2021;

And whereas, as per the provision in Section 24 of the said Act, the Municipal Council/Nagar Panchayat vide

Order No.586, dated 9^th June 2021 has appointed Assistant Director, Town Planning/Town Planner, Gadchiroli Branch,

Gadchiroli as “Town Planning Officer” to prepare the said Draft Development Plan for the said area;

And whereas, the Town Planning Officer and Assistant Director, Town Planning/Town Planner, Gadchiroli Branch,

Gadchiroli after having prepared Existing Land Use Map as per Section 25 of the said Act, has prepared the said Draft

Development Plan of the said area and has handed it over to the said Planning Authority on 26(1) for publication under

Section 26(1) of the said Act;

And whereas, the said Planning Authority has passed Resolution No.01, dated 28^thSeptember 2022 to publish the

said Draft Development Plan under Section 26(1) of the said Act, for inviting suggestions/objections from the public;

Therefore, Bhamragad, Nagar Panchayat hereby publishes the said Draft Development Plan along with the Report

under Section 26(1) of the said Act for inviting suggestions/objections from the public. The copy of the said Draft

Development Plan and Report thereof are kept open for inspection of the public at the following offices on all working

days during office hours.

Publication of Draft Development Plan of Mulchera Under Section 26(1) of Maharashtra

Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966.

NOTICE

No. ESTT-NPM-117-2022.—

Whereas, the Mulchera, Nagar Panchayat, (hereinafter referred to as “ the said Planning Authority ”) vide Resolu-

tion No. 02, dated 10^th March 2021, had declared its intention to prepare a Draft Development Plan of Mulchera,

(hereinafter referred to as the “ said Draft Development Plan ”) for the area under its Jurisdiction, (hereinafter referred to

as the said “area”) as per the provision of Section 23(1) read with Section 21(2) of Maharashtra Regional & Town

Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as the “said Act”) and notice to that effect is published in Maharashtra

Government Gazette Nagpur Division, Supplement Part-1A on October 28 - Novermber 03, 2021;

And whereas, as per the provision in Section 24 of the said Act, the Mulchera, Nagar Panchayat vide Order No.49,

dated 9^th June 2022 has appointed Assistant Director, Town Planning, Gadchiroli Branch, Gadchiroli as “Town Planning

Officer” to prepare the said Draft Development Plan for the said area;

And whereas, the Town Planning Officer and Assistant Director, Town Planning, Gadchiroli Branch, Gadchiroli

after having prepared Existing Land Use Map as per Section 25 of the said Act, has prepared the said Draft Develop-

ment Plan of the said area and has handed it over to the said Planning Authority on 27^th June 2022 for publication under

Section 26(1) of the said Act;

And whereas, the said Planning Authority has passed Resolution No.01, dated 29^th September 2022 to publish

the said Draft Development Plan under Section 26(1) of the said Act, for inviting suggestions/objections from the public;

Therefore, Mulchera, Nagar Panchayat hereby publishes the said Draft Development Plan along with the Report

under Section 26(1) of the said Act for inviting suggestions/objections from the public. The copy of the said Draft

Development Plan and Report thereof are kept open for inspection of the public at the following offices on all working

days during office hours.

The suggestions/objections if any, in writing from the public in this regard with reasons, shall be submitted to the

Chief Officer, Mulchera, Nagar Panchayat, within the period of 30 days from the date of publication of the Notice in

Maharashtra Govt. Gazette, Suggestions/objections received by the Municipal Council/Nagar Panchayat within the

period of the 30 days from the date of publication of this Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette shall only be

considered.

The copies of the said Draft Development Plan and particulars shall be available to the public at reasonable price

in the office of the Mulchera, Nagar Panchayat.
