¶याअथȓ, महाराÍĘ रा¶यचे औǏोिगक धोरण, 2013 हे रा¶य शासना´या उǏोग, ऊजɕ व कामगार िवभागाने 22 फेĤुवारी 2013 ची
अिधसूचना Ď. आय.आय.ए. पॉिलसी 2010/Ģ.Ď.768/उǏोग-2 अÂवये घोषीत केलेआहे. (यापुढे “उ¯त धोरण” असे नमूद केले आहे);
आिण ¶याअथȓ, रा¶य शासनाचे महाराÍĘ औǏोिगक िवकास महामंडळास कमीत कमी 40 हे. इतके ©ेĝ जमीन संपादन अिधिनयम,
1894 व महाराÍĘ औǏोिगक िवकास अिधिनयम, 1961 या धोरणातील अिधसूची “अ” मधील पिर´छेद -4(अ) व 4(ब) मÁये सुधािरत
बदलानुसार जमीन संपादन न करता अशा खाजगी ©ेĝावर “एकाȎ¾मक औǏोिगक ©ेĝ” िवकिसत कर½याची योजना राबिव½याचा िनण«य
महाराÍĘ शासनाने घेतला आहे;
आिण ¶याअथȓ, महाराÍĘ औǏोिगक िवकास अिधिनयम, 1961 चे कलम 43(1-ब) नुसार महामंडळ कोण¾याही औǏोिगक ©ेĝाला
राजपĝातील अिधसूचनेǎारे “एकाȎ¾मक औǏोिगक ©ेĝ” Çहणून अिधसूचीत करेल. तÀनंतर अशा एकाȎ¾मक औǏोिगक ©ेĝासाठी महामंडळ
“िवशेष िनयोजन Ģािधकरण” Çहणून महाराÍĘ Ģादेिशक व नगररचना अिधिनयम, 1966 ´या कलम 115 (3) अÂवये काम करेल;
आिण ¶याअथȓ, महाराÍĘ शासनाने उǏोग, ऊजɕ व कामगार िवभागाने ¾यांची अिधसूचना Ď. आयडीसी-2022/Ģ.Ď.278/उǏोग-14,
िदनांक 23 जून 2022 अÂवये मौजे दहेगांव, ता. गंगापूर, िज. औरंगाबाद येथील 26.15 हे.आर. ©ेĝ महाराÍĘ औǏोिगक िवकास अिधिनयम,
1961 चे कलम 2 (खंड-ग) “औǏोिगक ©ेĝ” Çहणून जाहीर केले आहे;
आिण ¶याअथȓ, महाराÍĘ औǏोिगक िवकास महामंडळाने सूचना Ď. मऔिवम/ C45343, िद. 21 जुलै 2022 अÂवये मौजे दहेगांव,
ता. गंगापूर, िज. औरंगाबाद येथील 26.15 हे.आर. इत¯या ©ेĝासाठी महाराÍĘ औǏोिगक िवकास अिधिनयम, 1961 चे कलम 43-1ब अंतग«त
“एकाȎ¾मक औǏोिगक ©ेĝ” Çहणून महाराÍĘ शासन राजपĝातील अिधसुचनेǎारे िद. 21 जुलै 2022 अÂवये जाहीर केले आहे ;

आिण ¶याअथȓ मे. अण«वा िĢिसजन टे¯नॉलॉजी Ģा.िल ǩांनी महाराÍĘ औǏोिगक िवकास महामंडळाकडे सदरील ©ेĝाचा ĢाǗप िवकास
आराखडा मंजूरीÎतव सादर केला आहे. आिण ¶याअथȓ, महाराÍĘ Ģादेिशक व नगररचना अिधिनयम, 1966 कलम 155 अÂवये उ¯त एकिĝत
©ेĝाचा ĢाǗप िवकास आराखडा मंजूर कर½याआधी नागिरकांकडून सूचना/ हरकती मागिव½याकिरता नोटीस Ģिसlj करणे आवÌयक आहे;
¾याअथȓ, महाराÍĘ औǏोिगक िवकास महामंडळ उ¯त ĢाǗप िवकास आराखǹाची नोटीस उ¯त अिधिनयम अÂवये नागिरकांकडून
सूचना/ हरकती मागिव½याकिरता महाराÍĘ शासना´या राजपĝात सदर नोटीस Ģिसlj करीत आहे. उ¯त नोटीसीची Ģत व एकाȎ¾मक
औǏोिगक ©ेĝाचा ĢाǗप िवकास आराखडा हा या नोटीसचा भाग समज½यात यावा. सदरील नोटीस ही महाराÍĘ औǏोिगक िवकास
महामंडळा´या www.midcindia.org या संकेत Îथळावर उपलÅध राहील. तसेच िनयोजन ĢÎताव दश«िवणारा ĢाǗप िवकास आराखडा
नागिरकां´या अवलोकनाथ« महाराÍĘ औǏोिगक िवकास महामंडळा´या खालील कायɕलयामÁये कायɕलयीन वेळेत पाह½यासाठी उपलÅध

NOTICE

MAHARASHTRA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1961.
Whereas, Maharashtra Industrial Policy, 2013, has been published by Government of
Maharashtra, Industries, Energy and Labour Department vide its notification No. III-Policy
2010/ C.R. 768/ Industry– 2, dated 22nd February 2013 (Hereinafter referred as “the said
Policy”);
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has decided to implement the scheme of
developing Integrated Industrial Areas on private lands admeasuring at least 40 Ha. not
acquired under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 or Maharashtra Industrial Development Act,
1961, in accordance with para 4 (a) and 4 (b) of the Schedule-A appended to the said policy;
And whereas, as per section 43 (1B) of Maharashtra Industrial Development Act,1961, that
subject to the general or specific directions of the State Government, the Corporation may,
by notification in the Official Gazette, notify any industrial area as the ‘Integrated
Industrial Area’ and upon such notification, the Corporation shall become the ‘Special
Planning Authority’ for such ‘Integrated Industrial Area’ under the Maharashtra Regional and
Town Planning Act, 1966;
And whereas, vide its, Notification No.IDC-2022/CR 278/Ind-14, dated 23rd June 2022 of
Industries, Energy & Labour Department, Government of Maharashtra declared 26.15 Ha area of
Village Dahegaon, Tal. Gangapur, Dist. Aurangabad to be an ‘Industrial Area’ under clause (g) of
section 2 of Maharashtra Development Act 1961 .
And whereas, vide Notification No.MIDC/IIA/C45343/2022, dated 21st July 2022 of
Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation declared 26.15 HR Area at Village
Dahegaon, Tal. Gangapur, Dist. Aurangabad to be an ‘Integrated Industrial Area’ under clause
(1B) of sec. 43 of Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 which is published in
Maharashtra Govt. Gazette on date 21st July 2022;
And whereas, M/s. Aarnava Precision Technologies Pvt. Ltd., made an application requesting
Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation to approve their Proposed Draft Master Plan
area admeasuring 26.15 Ha of notified ‘Integrated Industrial Area’ in Village Dahegaon,
Tal. Gangapur, Dist. Aurangabad.
And whereas, as provided in Section 115 read with 40(3)(d) of the Maharashtra Regional
Town Planning Act, 1966, it is necessary to publish the Draft Master Plan for inviting
suggestions and objections from the citizen;
Therefore, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation hereby publishes the Notice
in Government Gazette for Draft Master Plan for inviting suggestion/objections from citizen. The
copy of this notice and proposed Draft Master Plan of notified Integrated Industrial Area shall
form part of this notice. The notice is made available on the website of MIDC i.e
www.midcindia.org. The Proposed Draft Master Plan of the Notified Integrated Industrial Area is
kept open for citizen’s inspection during office hours at the following office :

The Suggestions/objections if any, in writing shall be submitted to the Chief Planner of
Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, Udyog Sarathi, Mahakali Caves Road,
Andheri, Mumbai- 400 093 within the period of 30 days from the date of publication of the Notice
in Maharashtra Government Gazette. Suggestions/objections received within stipulated period of
30 days from the date publication of the Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette shall only be
considered.
