ĸमांक मवैप-०८२२/Ō.ĸ.५०/अिधिनयम.—ùयाअथȯ, महाराđł वैǐकीय पȫरषद, १९६५ ( १९६५ चा महाराđł अिधिनयम ४६ )

(यात यापुढɂ ùयाचा िनदेश” उòत अिधिनयम” असा करĀयात आला आहे) ÷या कलम ३ (१) अąवये काढĀयात आलेčया शासकीय

अिधसूचना, वैǐकीय िशȦण व औषधी ʼnďये िवभाग ĸमांक एमएमसी-०३१६/Ō.ĸ.०९/अिधिनयम, िदनांक ०८ ऑगĒट २०१७ (यात

यापुढɂ जीचा िनदɨश “उòत अिधसूचना” असा करĀयात आला आहे) Ǒारे महाराđł शासनाने, महाराđł मेिडकल कौȬąसल या पȫरषदेची

Ēथापना कɁलेली आहे.

आिण ùयाअथȯ, पȫरषदे÷या सदĒयांचा कालावधी िदनांक ०७ ऑगĒट २०२२ रोजी संपुđटात आला आहे;

आिण ùयाअथȯ, पȫरषदेवर नवीन सदĒय िनवडĀयासाठी िनवडणुका õयावया÷या आहेत आिण Ċहणून पȫरषदेचा पाच वषाɕचा

कालावधी संपुđटात आčयानंतर उòत पȫरषद पुढɂ चालू ठɂवावी हे शासनाला इđट वाटत नाही व नवीन पȫरषदेची रचना होईपयɕत शासनास

उòत पȫरषदेवर Ōशासकाची िनयुòती करावी असे वाटते ;

आिण ùयाअथȯ, उòत पȫरषदेचे कामकाज अंतȫरम कालावधीसाठी सुरळीत चालावे यासाठी शासनाने डॉ. पčलवी सापळɂ,

अिधđठाता, सर ज.जी. शासकीय वैǐकीय महािवǐालय, मुंबई यांची उòत पȫरषदेचे सवɑ अिधकार व कतɑďय पार पाडĀयासाठी Ōशासक

Ċहणून िनयुòत करĀयाचे ठरिवले आहे.

āयाअथȯ, आता महाराđł वैǐकीय पȫरषद, १९६५ ÷या कलम ३१ याǑारे Ōदान करĀयात आलेčया अिधकाराचा

वापर कȠन महाराđł शासन डॉ. पčलवी सापळɂ, अिधđठाता, ĺॅĀट शासकीय वैǐकीय महािवǐालय व सर ज.जी.

ȟôणालय समुह, मुंबई यांची उòत पȫरषदेचे सवɑ अिधकार व कतɑďय पार पाडĀयासाठी एक वषाɕ÷या कालावधीसाठी िकȽवा

पȫरषद नďयाने यथोिचतȫरāया गिठत होईपयɕत, यापैकी जे अगोदर घडɂल तोपयɕत Ōशासक Ċहणून िनयुòती करीत आहे.

NOTIFICATION

No.MMC-0822/C.R. 50/Act.—Whereas by Government Notification, Medical Education and

Drugs Department No.MMC-0316/CR-09/Act, dated 08th August 2017 the Maharashtra Medical

Council (hereinafter referred to as “the said Council”) has been constituted under sub-section (1) of

Section 3 of the Maharashtra Medical Council Act, 1965 (No.XLVI of 1965) (hereinafter referred to

as “the said Act”).

And whereas, the term of the office of the Members of the said Council has been expired on

07th August, 2022 ;

And whereas, elections are to be held to elect new members of the Council and therefore the

Government does not think it desirable to continue the said Council after the expiry of the five years

period of the Council and the Government feels that an Administrator should be appointed on the

said Council until the new Council is constituted ;

And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has decided to appoint Dr. Pallavi Saple, Dean,

Grant Government Medical College and Sir J.J. Group of Hospital, Mumbai to be the person as

Administrator, to exercise all the powers and perform all the duties of the said Council during the

interim period for the smooth working.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 31 of the Maharashtra Medical

Council Act, 1965 and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra

hereby appoints Dr. Pallavi Saple, Dean, Grant Government Medical College and Sir J.J. Group of

Hospital, Mumbai to be person as Administrator to exercise all the powers and perform all the duties

of the said Council for a period of one year or till the new Council is duly constituted, whichever is

earlier.
