३ मार््च २०२१, दिनांक १३ एप्रिल २०२२, दिनांक १७ जून २०२२ आणि दिनांक २० जुलै २०२२ अन्वये प्रस्ताव सादर केला आहे की,

महाराष्ट्र शासनाने हिंदू हृदयसम्ाट बाळासाहेब ठाकरे, महाराष्ट्र समृद्धी महामार्ग, (मुंबई-नागपूर शिघ्रसंचार द्ुतगती महामार्ग) चे बांधकाम,

महाराष्टट्र शासन राजपत्र, भाग चार-अ, गुरुवार ते बुधवार, आॅक््टटोबर १३-१९, २०२२/ आश््वविन २१-२७, शके १९४४

संचालन आणि देखभाल करण्याची जबाबदारी महाराष्ट्र राज्य रस्ते विकास महामंडळावर सोपविलेली आहे. सदर महामार््गगाची बांधणी

करताना ताशी १५० कि. मी. वेगमर््यादा असणाऱ्या महामार्ग करिता असणाऱ्या अटी व शर्ततींची पूर््ता करण्यात आलेली असून नमूद

महामार््गगावर ताशी १२० किलोमीटर प्रति तास वेगमर््यादा निश््चचित करणेबाबत अधिसूचना निर्गमित करावी.

त्याअर्थी, मोटार वाहन अधिनियम, १९८८ चे पोट-कलम ११२ (२) सोबत अधिसूचना क्र.एम.व्ही.ए.०५८९/सीआर-१०६१-

टीआरए-२, दिनांक १९ मे १९९० आणि महाराष्टट्र शासन राजपत्रामधीील प्रसिद्ध करण्यात आलेले असाधारण, भाग चार-अ,

परिशिष्ट, दिनांक ३० सप््टेंबर २००२ अन्वये प्राप्त असलेल्या अधिकाराचा वापर करून मी, कुलवंत कु. सारंगल, अपर पोलीस

महासंचालक (वाहतूक), महाराष्ट्र राज्य, मुंबई महाराष्ट्र राज्यातील हिंदू हृदयसम्ाट बाळासाहेब ठाकरे, महाराष्ट्र समृद्धी महामार्ग,

(मुंबई-नागपूर शिघ्रसंचार द्ुतगती महामार्ग) या रस््त्ययायाकरिता वाहनांच्या वर््गगानुरुप महत्तम वेगमर््यादा सोबतच्या तक््त्ययायाप्रमाणे निश््चचित

करीत आहे.

या अधिसूचनेमध्ये निर््ददिष्ट केलेल्या महत्तम वेगापेक्ा वाहनाची गती ५ टक्के पर्यंत अधिक आढळून आल्यास मोटर वाहन अधिनियम,

१९८८ कलम १८३ अन्वये दखल घेण्यात येऊ नये.

सदरची अधिसूचना आज दिनांक ४ आॅक्टोबर २०२२ रोजी माझ्या सही व शिक््क्ययानिशी निर्गमित करण्यात येत आहे.

सदरची अधिसूचना, नागपूर-मुंबई समृद्धी महामार्ग महाराष्ट्र राज्य रस्ते विकास महामंडळ (MSRDC) यांचेकडून अधिकृतपणे

सामान्य प्रवासासाठी/वाहतुकीसाठी ज्या दिवशी सुरू केला जाईल त्या दिनांकापासून पुढील आदेशापर्यंत लागू राहील.

टिपा.— (१) ज्या वळण रस््त्ययायाची त्रिज्या ५० मिटरपेक्ा कमी आहे अशा सर््व रस््तत्ययाांांवर वाहनांचा वेग ताशी ३० कि.मी. निश््चचित करण्यात

येत आहे.

(२) नियम ११८, केंद्रिय मोटार वाहन नियम, १९८९ मध्ये नमूद केल्यानुसार परिवहन संवर््गगातील वाहनांना वेग

नियंत्रकाच्या (Speed Governor) अटी लागू राहतील.

NOTIFICATION

No. ADGP(T)/45/Planning/3307/2022.— Whereas, the Director Maharashtra State Road

Development Corporation, Mumbai has submitted a proposal on 3rd March 2021, 13th April

2022, 17th June 2022 and 20th July 2022 that, The Government of Maharashtra has entrusted

the responsibility of construction, operation and maintenance of Hindu Hrudaysamrat Balasaheb

Thackeray Maharashtra Samruddhi Highway (Nagpur-Mumbai Super Communication Expressway)

to Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation. While constructing this highway, the conditions

and requirements required for the speed limit of 150 kmph have been fulfilled and a notification

should be issued for fixing the speed limit of 120 kmph on the said highway.

Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 112 of the Motor Vehicle

Act, 1988 r/w Notification No. MVA 0589/CR-1061/TRA-2, dated 19th May 1990 and Addendum

dated 30th September 2002, published in Maharashtra Govt. Gazette, Part IV-A, (Extraordinary)

on 30th September 2002, I, Kulwant Kumar Sarangal, Addl. Director General of Police, (Traffic),

Maharashtra State, Mumbai hereby fixes the maximum speed on Hindu Hrudaysamrat Balasaheb

Thackeray Maharashtra Samrudhi Highway (Nagpur-Mumbai Super Communication Expressway)

in respect of the class of Motor Vehicles as specified in the attached schedule.

No cognizance of the violation of the speed limits shall be taken under section 183 of the Motor

Vehicles Act, 1988, if the speed detected is within 5 percent of the maximum speed specified in this

notification.

This Notification is issued today dated 4th October 2022 with my signature and seal.

This Notification will come into force from the date when this highway is formally commissioned

by MSRDC for General Travel and till further order.
