क्रमांक फरोवा - २०२१/प्र.क्र.६२/१३-अे.—महाराष्टट्र फळांचे रोोपमळे (नियमन) अधिनियम, १९६९ (१९६९ चा महा.

४५) याच्या कलम २१ च्या पोटट-कलम (२) च्या खंड (अ), (ब), (इ) द्ारे प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा आणि त्याबाबततीतत

त्यास समर््थ करणाऱ्या इततर सर््व अधिकारांचा वापर करून, महाराष्टट्र फळांचे रोोपमळे (नियमन) नियम, १९७६ यामध्ये आणखी

सुधारणा करण्यासाठी महाराष्टट्र शासनाने सुधारणा करण्याचे प्रस््तावितत केलेल्या नियमांचे पुढील प्रारूप, त्यामुळे बाधा पोोहचण्याचा

संभव असलेल्या सर््व व्यक््तींच्या माहिततीकरितता, उक््त अधिनियमाच्या कलम २१ च्या पोटट-कलम (१) द्ारे आवश्यक

असल्याप्रमाणे, याद्ारे प्रसिद्ध करण््ययातत येतत आहे; आणि याद्ारे अशी नोटटीस देण््ययातत येतत आहे की, उक््त प्रारूप, महाराष्टट्र शासनाकडून

दिनांक २५ ऑक््टटोबर २०२२ रोोजी किंवा त्यानंततर विचारातत घेण््ययातत येईल.

२. उपरोोक््त दिनांकापूर्वी उक््त प्रारूपाच्या बाबततीतत, कोणत्याही व्यक््तीकडून प्रधान सचिव, कृषी, पशुसंवर््धन, दुग््धव््यवसाय

विकास व मत््स््य्यव््यवसाय विभाग, मंत्ालय, मादाम कामा मार्ग, हुततात्मा राजगुरु चौक, मुंबई ४०० ०३२ यांच्याकडे ज्या कोणत्याही

हरकतती किंवा सूचना प्राप््त होततील त्या शासनाकडून विचारातत घेण््ययातत येततील.

येथे सुधारणेचा क्रमांक

शब््ददाांतत नमूद करावा.

१.  या नियमांस, महाराष्टट्र फळांचे रोोपमळे (नियमन) (**सुधारणा) नियम, २०२२ असे म््हणावे.

२.  महाराष्टट्र फळांचे रोोपमळे (नियमन) नियम, १९७६ (यातत यापुढे ज्याचा निर्देश, “ मुख्य नियम ” असा

केला आहे) याच्या नियम ३ मधील, पोटट-नियम (१) मध्ये “१० रुपयांच्या” या मजकुराऐवजी “ दोोन हजार

रुपयांच्या ” हा मजकूर दाखल करण््ययातत येईल.

३.  मुख्य नियमांच्या नियम ४ मध्ये,—

(क) पोटट-नियम (१) मधील,—

(एक) “पाच वर््षाषाांच्या” या मजकुराऐवजी, “ततीन वर््षाषाांच्या” हा मजकूर दाखल करण््ययातत येईल;

(दोोन) “१० रुपयांच्या" या मजकुराऐवजी, “साततशे रुपयांच्या” हा मजकूर दाखल करण््ययातत येईल.

(ख)  पोटट-नियम (२) मधील “पाच वर््षाषाांच्या” या मजकुराऐवजी “ ततीन वर््षाषाांच्या ” हा मजकूर दाखल

करण््ययातत येईल. टट

NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra Fruit Nurseries (Regulation) Act, 1969.

No. Farowa-2021/C.R.62/13-A.—The following draft of rules further to amend the Maharashtra

Fruit Nurseries (Regulation) Rules, 1976, which the Government of Maharashtra proposes to make

in Fruit exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (a), (b), (e) sub-section (2) of section 21 of the

Maharashtra Fruit Nurseries (Regulation) Act, 1969 (Mah. XLV of 1969), and of all other powers

enabling it in that behalf, is hereby published, as required by sub-section (1) of section 21 of the said

Act, for the information of all the persons likely to be affected thereby; and notice is hereby given

that the said draft will be taken into consideration by the Government of Maharashtra on or after

the Dated 25th October, 2022.

2.  Any objections or suggestions, which may be received by the Principal Secretary (Agriculture).

Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries Department. Mantralaya, Madam

draft before the aforesaid date, will be considered by the Government.

DRAFT RULES

Here mention

1.  These rules may be called the Maharashtra Fruit Nurseries (Regulation)

(** Amendment) Rules, 2022.

2.  In rule 3 of the Maharashtra Fruit Nurseries (Regulation) Rules, 1976

(hereinafter referred to as “the principal rules”), in sub-rule (1) for the words and

figure “Rs.10” the words “rupees two thousand” shall be substituted.

3.  In rule 4 of the principal rules,

(a) in sub-rule (1),.

(i) for the words, “five years” the words “three years” shall be substituted;

(ii)  for the words and figure “Rs.10” the words “rupees seven hundred” shall

be substituted.

(b)  in sub-rule (2), for the words. “five years” the words “three years” shall be

substituted

Note.—Any objections/suggestions regarding the said proposed change to the Deputy Secretary

(Horticulture) Agriculture Animal Husbandry Dairy Development and Fisheries Department,
