(सेवाप्रवेश, नियुक््ती आणि शिस््तभंगाची कारवाई) नियम, २०१४ च्या नियम ४ नुसार प्रदान करण््ययातत आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून

मा. उच्च न्यायालय, मुंबई यांनी त््ययाांांचे पत्र क्र.अे १२२६/८३/१७५४/२०२२, दिनांक ७ ऑक््टटोबर २०२२ अन्वये केलेल्या शिफारशी

नुसार “ श्री. मोोहन रेणुकादासराव देशपांडेे यांचीी अध्यक्ष, औद्योगिक न्यायालय, मुंबई ” या पदावर नियुक््ती करण््ययातत येतत आहे.

उपरोोक््त न््ययायिक अधिकाऱ्यास महाराष्टट्र औद्योगिक संबंध अधिनियम, १९४६; औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम, १९४७ व महाराष्टट्र

कामगार संघटटनांना मान््यतता देणे व अनुचितत प्रथा प्रकार प्रतिबंध अधिनियम, १९७१ अंतर््गतत प्रकरणे हातताळण्यासाठी याद्ारे प्राधिकृतत

करण््ययातत येतत आहे.

NOTIFICATION

No.ICE- 1022/C.R.181/Lab-6.– In exercise of the power conferred by Rule 4 of Maharashtra

Judicial Officers of the Labour Courts and Industrial Courts (Recruitment, Appointment and

Disciplinary Action) Rules, 2014 and with reference to the letter of Hon’ble High Court, Mumbai,

No.A.1226/ 83 /1754/2022, dated the 7th October 2022, The Government of Maharashtra hereby

appoint “ Shri Mohan Renukadasrao Deshpande as President, Industrial Court, Mumbai ”.

The above Judicial Officer are hereby authorised to deal with the cases under Maharashtra

Industrial Relation Act, 1946; Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 and M.R.T.U. and P.U.L.P. Act, 1971.
