As per the requirements of Rule 18 of Securities Contracts (Regulations) Rules, 1957, the

proposed amendments to the Byelaws of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSEIL) as

given hereunder are published for criticism in accordance with the provisions of Section 23 of General

Clauses Act, 1897 in the Gazette of State of Maharashtra. Any person having any observations on

the proposed amendments to Byelaws can send the same in writing to the undersigned at Exchange

Plaza, Sixth Floor, ‘A’ wing, Plot C-1, Block G, Bandra – Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai –

400 051 within fifteen days from the date of this publication in the Gazette. The observations received

after the aforementioned date will not be considered when the proposed amendments will be taken

for consideration.

NSEIL Byelaws

1. In Byelaw 13 of Chapter XI of the NSE Byelaw, clause (vi) (a) shall be substituted as:

“13...

(vi)The amount released to the Constituent from IPF as per the admissible claim will be

replenished back to IPF from the deposit or collateral or any other amounts, including the blocked

amount of the Trading Member available with the Exchange / NCL and the balance will be paid to

the Constituent in the following cases:

(a) The Trading Member informs the Exchange, within 7 days from the date of signing of GRC

directions ascertaining the admissible claim amount, his intention to refer the matter to arbitration

and fails to refer the matter to arbitration within the prescribed time limit i.e., three months.”

अंदाजे खचɑ ȟ. ५२१.२६ लाख इतका आहे.

३. परवानेधारक अगर िहतसंबंध असलेčया ďयòतीने हवे असčयास, ही सूचना Ōिसǌ कɁलेčया तारखेपासून दोन मिहąयां÷या आत

SLUM REHABILITATION AUTHORITY

NOTIFICATION

Whereas, the Slum Rehabilitation Authority has formed Slum Rehabilitation Scheme under the

provision of section 3B (3) of Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment)

Act, 1971 and published in Gazette on 9th April 1998 ;

Whereas, in view of the provision of section 3C (1) of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement,

Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971 the Chief Executive Officer, Slum Rehabilitation Authority

is empowered to declare any area as “Slum Rehabilitation Area”.

Therefore, in view of the said provision of section 3C (1) of the Maharashtra Slum Areas

(Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971. I, undersigned is hereby declare the area

shown in schedule as “Slum Rehabilitation Area”. Now the said area is open to submit scheme of
