औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम, १९४७.

क्रमांक औविअ-०६२०२२/प्र.क्र.४२/काम-२.—ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्टट्र शासनाची अशी खात्ी झालेली आहे की, सार्वजनिक हितार््थ

खाली नमूद केलेल्या परिशिष््टातील उद्ोगाची सेवा (येथून पुढे परिशिष््ट असे संबोधावे ) औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम, १९४७ च्या

प्रयोजनार््थ सार्वजनिक लोकोपयोगी सेवा म्हणून घोषित करणे आवश्यक आहे ;

२.  त्याअर्थी, महाराष्टट्र शासन, औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम, १९४७ मधील पहिल्या परिशिष््टासह कलम २ (एन) ( ६) अन््वये

प्रदान केलेल्या शक्तीचा वापर करून खालील परिशिष््टातील उद्ोगाची सेवा उक्त अधिनियमाच्या प्रयोजनार््थ ही अधिसूचना निर््गमित

केल्याच्या दिनांकापासून पुढे सहा महिन््ययाांांच्या कालावधीसाठी “लोकोपयोगी सेवा” म्हणून घोषित करीत आहे.

In pursuance of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the following translation

in English of the Government Notification, Industries, Energy and Labour Department No.IDA-

062022/C.R.42/Lab-2, dated 9th November 2022 Extra Ordinary, is hereby published under the

authority of the Governor.

NOTIFICATION

Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.

No. IDA-062022/C.R.42/Lab-2.— Whereas the Government of Maharashtra is satisfied that in

the public interest, the services in the Industry specified in the Schedule appended hereto (hereinafter

referred to as the Schedule) should be declared as “Public Utility Service ” for the purpose of the

Industrial Disputes Act,1947 (14 of 1947).

2.  Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (vi) of the clause (n) of

section 2 of the aforesaid Act read with the first Schedule thereto, Government of Maharashtra

hereby declares that the services in the Industry mentioned in the Schedule appended hereto, to be

“Public Utility Service” for the purpose of the aforesaid Act, for a period of six months from the date

of the issue of this notification.
