योजनेचे प्रसिद्ीकरण

ज्ाअर्थी, खेड नगरपरिषदेने (यापुढे “उक्त नियोजन प्राधिकरण” असे निर्देशिलेले), तिच्ा अधिपत्ाखालील क्ेत्ाची (यापुढे "उक्त

क्षेत्र” असे उललेखलेली), महाराष्ट्र प्ादेशिक नियोजन व नगर रचना अधिनियम, १९६६ (यापुढे "उक्त अधिनियम" असे निर्देशिलेली),

चे कलम ३८ चे अनुषंगाने कलम २३(१) मधील ततरततुदीनुसार प्ारूप विकास योजना, खेड (यापुढे “उक्त प्ारूप विकास योजना" असे

उललेखलेली) तयार करण्ाचा इरादा ठराव क्र. ८९, दि. १०/०३/२०२१ अन्वये जाहीर करून त्ाबाबततची सूचना महाराष्ट्र शासन

राजपत्र मध्े दि. २५-३१ मार्च २०२१ रोजी प्रसिद्ध केली आहे;

आणि ज्ाअर्थी, उक्त अधिनियमाच्ा कलम २४ च्ा ततरततूदीस अनुसरून खेड नगरपरिषदने उक्त क्ेत्ासाठी उक्त प्ारूप विकास

योजना तयार करण्ासाठी सहायक संचालक, नगर रचना, रत्नागिरी, शाखा रत्नागिरी यांची “नगर रचना अधिकारी” म्हणून आदेश

क्र.०२००/सन २०२१-२२, दि. २९/०४/२०२१ अन्वये नेमणूक केली आहे;

आणि ज्ाअर्थी, उक्त अधिनियमाततील ततरततुदीनुसार, नगर रचना अधिकारी तथा सहायक संचालक, नगर रचना, रत्नागिरी, शाखा

रत्नागिरी यांनी, उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम २५ अन्वये विद्यमान जमीन वापर नकाशा तयार केल्ानंततर, उक्त क्ेत्ाची उक्त प्ारूप विकास

योजना तयार करून तती उक्त नियोजन प्राधिकरणाकडे उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम २६(१) अन्वये प्रसिद्ध करण्ासाठी हस्तांततरीतत केली आहे;

आणि ज्ाअर्थी, उक्त नियोजन प्राधिकरणाने उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम २६(१) अन्वये उक्त प्ारूप विकास योजना जनततेकडून

सूचना/हरकतती मागविण्ाकरितता प्रसिद्ध करण्ासाठी ठराव क्र. १७०, दि. ३१/१०/२०२२ पारितत केलेला आहे.

त्ाअर्थी, उक्त नियोजन प्राधिकरण उक्त प्ारूप विकास योजना, विकास योजना अहवालासह उक्त अधिनियमाच्ा कलम २६(१)

अन्वये नागरिकांकडून सूचना /हरकतती मागविण्ासाठी प्रसिद्ध करीतत आहे. सदरहू योजनेसंबंधीचे नकाशे व अहवाल कामकाजाच्ा दिवशी

कार्यालयीन वेळेतत नागरिकांच्ा अवलोकनार्थ, खाली नमूद केलेल्ा कार्यालयातत उपलब्ध आहेतत.

उक्त प्ारूप योजनेततील ततरततुदीसंबंधी नागरिकांच्ा काही सूचना/हरकतती असततील ततर त्ांनी ही सूचना महाराष्ट्र शासनाचया

राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध झालेल्ा दिनांकापासून ३० दिवसांच्ा आतत मुख्याधिकारी खेड नगरपरिषद, खेड यांचेकडे लेखी सवरुपातत कारणांसह

पाठवाव्यातत. सदरची सूचना महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध झाल्ाच्ा दिनांकापासून ३० दिवसांचे आतत नगरपरिषदेकडे प्ाप्त झालेल्ा

सूचना/हरकतती विचारातत घेततल्ा जाततील.

उक्त प्ारूप विकास योजनेचे नकाशे व ततपशिलाच्ा प्रतती योग्य शुलक आकारून खेड नगरपरिषदेच्ा कार्यालयातत नागरिकांना

उपलब्ध होऊ शकततील.

Notice

No. 1556, Date. 31/10/2022.

Publication of Draft Development Plan of Khed City Under Section 26(1) of

Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966.

Whereas the Khed Municipal Council, (hereinafter referred to as “the said Planning Authority,”)

vide Resolution No. 89, dated 10/03/2021, had declared its intention to prepare a Draft Development

Plan of Khed City (hereinafter referred to as the “said Draft Development Plan”) for the area under its

jurisdiction, (hereinafter referred to as the said “area”) as per the provision of section 23(1) read with

section 38 of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as the “said

Act) and notice to that effect is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette on 25-31 March 2021;

And whereas, as per the provision in section 24 of the said Act, the Municipal Council vide Order

No. 0200/2021-22 dt. 29/4/2021 has appointed Assistant Director, Town Planning, Ratnagiri Branch,

Ratnagiri as “Town Planning officer” to prepare the said Draft Development Plan for the said area;

And whereas, the Town Planning Officer and Assistant Director, Town Planning, Ratnagiri

Branch, Ratnagiri after having prepared Existing Land Use Map as per section 25 of the said Act,

has prepared the said Draft Development Plan of the said area and has handed it over to the said

Planning Authority on 15/09/2022 for publication under section 26(1) of the said Act;

And whereas, the said Planning Authority has passed Resolution No. 170, dated 31/10/2022 to

publish the said Draft Development Plan under section 26(1) of the said Act, for inviting suggestions/

objections from the public.

Therefore, Khed Municipal Council hereby publishes the said Draft Development Plan along

with the Report under section 26(1) of the said Act for inviting suggestions/objections from the public.

The copy of the said Draft Development Plan and Report thereof are kept open for inspection of the

public at the following offices on all working days during office hours.

1. The Chief Officer, Khed Municipal Council Khed, Dist. Ratnagiri.

2. Assistant Director, Town Planning, Ratnagiri Branch Ratnagiri.

The suggestions/objections if any, in writing from the public in this regard with reasons, shall

be submitted to the Chief officer, Khed Municipal Council, Khed within the period of 30 days from

the date of publication of the Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette. Suggestions/objections

received by the Municipal Council within the period of the 30 days from the date of publication of

this Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette shall only be considered.

The copies of the said Draft Development Plan and particulars shall be available to the public

at reasonable price in the office of the Khed Municipal Council, Khed.
