NOTIFICATION

Read.— (1) High Court Notification No. PL(APP)/Steno/2022/3728, dated 3rd August 2022,

appointing Shri Nitin S. Bari, as Personal Assistant on the establishment of

the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay.

(2) Letter dated 8th September 2022 of Shri Nitin S. Bari.

No. PL (APP)/Steno/2022/4926-6615 vide High Court Notification dated 3rd August 2022.—

referred above at Sr. No. 1, an appointment order was issued to Shri Nitin Shankar Bari, Stenographer

(Lower Grade), Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Nagpur (candidate at Sr. No. 26 on the Select

List of Personal Assistant), thereby appointing him as a Personal Assistant on the establishment

of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay purely on temporary and ad-hoc basis with effect from

the date he assumes charges of the said post.

By an application dated 8th September 2022, Shri N. S. Bari did inform his unwillingness to

join his duties as a Personal Assistant on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side,

Bombay. Therefore, the appointment of Shri Nitin Shankar Bari on the post of Personal Assistant

on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side Bombay is hereby cancelled.

Henceforth, the abovesaid candidates shall have no right of whatsoever nature to claim

appointment as a Personal Assistant on the establishment of the High Court, Bombay in respect of

High Court Notification, dated 3rd August 2022 referred above at Sr. No. 1.
