अधिसूचना

प्ाण््ययाांांमधीील संक्रामक व सांसर््गगिक रोगांस प्रतिबंध व नियंत्रण अधिनियम, २००९.

क्रमांक संकीर््ण-२०२२ /प्र.क्र.१४३ /पदुम-४.—ज्याअर्थी, प्राण््ययाांांमधील संक्रामक व सांसर््गगिक रोगांस प्रतिबंध व नियंत्रण अधिनियम,

२००९ (२००९ चा २७) (यात यापुढे ज्याचा निर्देश, “उक्त अधिनियम” असा केला आहे) अन्वये गाई व म्हशी यांच्याकरिता ज्याला

अनुसूचित रोग असल्याचे घोषित केले आहे त्या लम्पी चर््म रोगाच्या (एलएसडी) बाबतीत, महाराष्टट्र शासनाने, शासकीय अधिसूचना,

कृषी, पशुसंवर््धन, दुग्धव्यवसाय विकास व मत््स्य व्यवसाय विभाग क्रमांक संकीर््ण- २०२०/प्र.क्र.५३ /पदुम-४, दिनांक ०८ सप््टेेंबर, २०२२

(यात यापुढे जिचा निर्देश, “उक्त अधिसूचना” असा केला आहे) नुसार, संपूर््ण महाराष्टट्र राज्य हे, “नियंत्रित क्षेत्र” म््हणून घोषित केले आहे;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, राज्यातील एकूण गुरांपैकी जवळजवळ १००% गुरांना, लम्पी चर््म रोग (एलएसडी) प्रतिबंधक लस देण्यात आली

आहे.

त्याअर्थी आता, उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम ६, ७ व १२ द्ारे प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून, महाराष्टट्र शासन, याद्ारे,

उक्त अधिसूचनेमध्ये, पुढीलप्रमाणे सुधारणा करीत आहे:—

उक्त अधिसूचनेमधील,—

१. “परिच््छेद (क) ऐवजी, पुढील परिच््छेद दाखल करण्यात येईल :—

(क) लम्पी चर््म रोगाचे (एलएसडी) नियंत्रण, प्रतिबंध किंवा निर्ममूलन करण्यात येईल आणि नियंत्रित क्ेत्ातील केवळ संक्रमित

नसलेल्या आणि लसीकरण केलेल्या गुरांची वाहतूक करण्यास परवानगी देण्यात येईल, परंतु, शासनाच्या पशुसंवर््धन विभागाच्या

सक्षम प्राधिकाऱ्याने दिलेले आरोग्य प्रमाणपत्र सोबत बाळगण्यात येईल.

२. परिच््छेद ( ख) मधील, “व म्हशी” हा मजकूर वगळण्यात येईल.

३. परिच््छेद (क) मधील नियंत्रित क्षेत्र; या शब्दानंतर खालील मजकूर दाखल करण्यात येईल :—

¨संबंधित जिल्ह्ाचे जिल््हहाधिकारी यांना त््ययाांांच्या जिल्ह्ातील लम्पी चर््म रोगाचा आढावा घेतल्यानंतर नियंत्रित क्ेत्ात कोणताही

प्राणी बाजार भरवणे आणि प्राण््ययाांांच्या शर््यती लावण्यास परवानगी देऊ शकतात°; आणि

४. परिच््छेद (घ) मधील, “व म््हशींना” हा मजकूर वगळण्यात येईल”.

NOTIFICATION

Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious Diseases in Animals Act, 2009.

No. DIS-2022/C.R.143/ADF-4.—Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has vide Government

Notification, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries Department,

No. SANKIRNA-2020/C.R.53/ADF-4, dated the 8th September, 2022 (herein after referred to as “the

said Notification”), declared the whole State of Maharashtra as the “Controlled Area” in respect of

the Lumpy Skin Disease (LSD), which is a Scheduled Disease declared under the Prevention and

Control of Infectious and Contagious Diseases in Animals Act, 2009 (27 of 2009) (herein after referred

to as the “said Act”) for cattle and buffaloes ;

And whereas, almost 100% cattle population of the State has been vaccinated against the Lumpy

Skin Disease (LSD).

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 6, 7 and 12 of the said Act, the

Government of Maharashtra hereby amends the said notification as follows namely :—

In the said notification,—

1.  “The paragraph (a) shall be substituted,

(a) control, prevent or eradicate Lumpy Skin Disease (LSD) and transportation of only non-

infected and vaccinated cattle in controlled areas shall be permitted, provided accompanied with

health certificate issued by the Competent Authority of the Animal Husbandry Department of

the Government ;

2.  In paragraph (b), the words “and buffaloes” shall be deleted ;

3.  In the paragraph (c), the following sentence shall be added after the word controlled area :—

‘District Collectors of respective districts may allow holding of any animal market and

animal races in the controlled area after reviewing the Lumpy Skin Disease status in the

district’ ; and

4.  In paragraph (d), the words “and buffaloes” shall be deleted.”
