अधिसूचना
भारताचे संविधान.
क्रमांक शाकानि २०२२/ प्र. क्र.६७/ १८ (र. व का.).—भारताच्या संविधानाच्या अनुच््छछेद १६६ च्या खंड (३) अन््वये प्रदान
करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून, महाराष्ट्ाचे राज्यपाल याद्ारे, महाराष्टट्र शासन कार््यनियमावलीत आणखी सुधारणा करण््ययासाठी
पुढील नियम करीत आहेत:—
१. या नियमांना महाराष्टट्र शासन कार््यनियमावली (दुसरी सुधारणा) नियम, २०२२ असे म्हणावे.
२. महाराष्टट्र शासन कार््यनियमावलीच्या पहिल्या अनुसूचीमध्ये,—
(अ) “शासन विभाग” या शीर््षषाखालील नोंद क्रमांक ३३ नंतर खालील नोंद समाविष््ट करण्यात यावी-
“३४. दिव््ययाांांग कल्याण विभाग”;
(ब) (१५) “सामाजिक न्याय व विशेष सहाय्य विभागाला नेमून दिलेले विषय” या शीर््षषाखालील उप शीर््ष “एक. सामाजिक
न्याय विभाग” या खालील,—
(i) नोंद क्र. ११ ऐवजी खालील नोंद समाविष््ट करण्यात यावी-
“११. ज्येष्ठ नागरिकांकरिता वृद्ाश्रम उभारणे.”
(ii) “आंधळ्या, बहिऱ्या, मुक्या व मतिमंद व्यक््तींबाबतच्या समस्या” याबाबतची नोंद क्र. १८ वगळण्यात यावी.
(क) अनुसूचीच्या शेवटटी पुढील शीर््ष व नोंदी समाविष््ट करण्यात याव्यात;—
“३४. दिव््ययाांांग कल्याण विभागास नेमून दिलेले विषय.

(४) दिव््ययाांांग व्यक््तींसाठीचे महाराष्टट्र राज्याचे दिव््ययाांांग धोरण, २०१८ याची परिणामकारक अंमलबजावणी करणे.
(५) शालांत परीक्ापूर््व शिक्षणासाठी दिव््ययाांांग विद्ार्याांना शिष््यवृत्ी.
(६) शालांत परीक्षोत्तर (मॅट्रिकोत्तर) शिक्षणासाठी दिव््ययाांांग विद्ार्याांना शिष््यवृत्ी .
(७) दिव््ययाांांग व्यक््तींना स््वयंरोजगारासाठी बीज भांडवल तसेच व््यवसायासाठी अर््थसाहाय्य.
(८) दिव््ययाांांग विद्ार्याांना गुणवत्ा पारितोषिके.
(९) दिव््ययाांांगांच्या क्रीडा स््पर््धधा.
(१०) दिव््ययाांांग व्यक््तींना कृत्रिम अवयव व साधने पुरविणे.
(११) दिव््ययाांांग कल्याण राज्य पुरस्कार.
(१२) जागतिक दिव््ययाांांग दिन साजरा करणे.
(१३) दिव््ययाांांग मार्गदर््शन व सल्ला केंद्े.
(१४) मतिमंदांकरिताची बालगृहे.
(१५) दिव््ययाांांग-अव्यंग व्यक््तींच्या विवाहास प्रोत््ससाहन देण््ययासाठी आर््थथिक साहाय्याची योजना.
(१६) महाराष्टट्र राज्य दिव््ययाांांग वित्त व विकास महामंडळ.

NOTIFICATION
Constitution of India.
No.ROB-2022/C. R. 67/18 (O&M) - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 166
of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Maharashtra is hereby pleased to make the following
rules further to amend the Maharashtra Government Rules of Business as follows, namely:—
1. These rules may be called the Maharashtra Government Rules of Business (Second
Amendment) Rules, 2022.
2. In the FIRST SCHEDULE appended to the Maharashtra Government Rules of Business,—
(a) under the heading “DEPARTMENTS OF GOVERNMENT”, after entry at serial number
33, the following entry shall be added, namely:—
“34. Persons with Disabilities Welfare Department”;
(b) under the heading “15. Subjects allotted to Social Justice & Special Assistance
Department”, under the sub-heading “I. Social Justice Division”,—
(i) for entry 11, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:—
“11. Old age homes for senior citizens.”;
(ii) entry 18 relating to “Problems relating to the blind, the deaf and the dumb and the
mentally retarded”, shall be deleted;
(c) the following heading and entries shall be added at the end of the SCHEDULE, namely:—
“34. Subjects allotted to the Persons with Disabilities Welfare Department
(1) Rehabilitation Council of India Act, 1992.
(2) National Trust for the welfare of persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental
Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 1999.
(3) Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
(4) Effective implementation of the Maharashtra State Policy For Persons with
Disabilities, 2018.
(5) Pre-matric scholarship for persons with disabilities.
(6) Post-matric scholarship for persons with disabilities.
(7) Financial Assistance to persons with disabilities for self-employment.
(8) Merit awards for disabled students.
(9) Organization of sports competitions for persons with disabilities.
(10) Financial Assistance for aids and appliances for persons with disabilities.
(11) The Scheme of State Awards for welfare of persons with disabilities.
(12) Celebration of World Day for Persons with Disabilities.
(13) Guidance and Counseling Centres for persons with disabilities.
(14) Mentally Deficient Children Homes.
