महाराष्टट्र नगरपरिषदा, नगरपंचाययती व औद्योगिक नगरी अधिनिययम, १९६५.

क्रमांक एमयुएन २०२२/प्र.क्र.६३७/नवि-१८.—महाराष्टट्र नगरपरिषदा, नगरपंचायती व औद्योगिक नगरी अधिनियम, १९६५ (१९६५

चा महा. ४०) (यात यापुढे ज्याचा उल्ललेख “उक्त अधिनियम” असा करण्यात आला आहेे.) याच्या कलम ६ चेे पोट-कलम (२) व

कलम ३ च्या पोट-कलम (३) च्या तरतुदीनुसार, महाराष्टट्र शासन याद्ारेे गडचिरोली जिल्ह्ातील नगरपरिषद आरमोरीची हद्दवाढ करण्याच्या

दृष््टटीटीनेे उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम ६ चेे पोट-कलम (१) मधील खंड (क) अन््वयेे प्रदान केलेेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून अनुसूची

“अ” मध््ययेे नमूद स््थथानिक क्षेत्र समाविष््ट करून उद््घोषणा काढण्याचा आपला हेेतू घघोषित करीत असून, तिचा मसूदा सोबत जोडला आहेे.

२. उक्त अधिसूचनेेला कोणताही आक्षेेप घेेणाऱ्या कोणत्याही व्यक्तीनेे ही उद््घोषणा महाराष्टट्र शासन राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध झाल्याच्या

दिनांकापासून ३० दिवसांच्या कालावधीत जिल््हहाधिकारी, गडचिरोली यांच्याकडे त््ययाांांची लेेखी स््वरुपात कारणासह सादर करणेे आवश्यक

असेल.

३. उक्त कालावधीत मिळालेेल्या अशा कोणत्याही आक्षेेपावर शासनाकडून विचार करण्यात येेईल.

२३ डिसेेंबर, २०२२ यामध््ययेे उदघघोषणा प्रसिद्ध केली असून, महाराष्टट्र शासनानेे गडचिरोली जिल्ह्ातील आरमोरी या नगरपरिषदेेची हद्दवाढ

करण्याच्या दृष््टटीटीनेे अधिसूचना काढण्याच्या आपल्या प्रस््ततावावर आक्षेेप मागविलेे आहेेत ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त उद््घोषणेस अनुलक्ून जिल््हहाधिकारी, गडचिरोली यांच्याकडे विहित कालावधीत प्राप्त हरकती व सूचनांचा

शासनानेे विचार केला आहेे ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, भारताचेे संविधानाच्या अनुछेद २४३-थ च्या खंड (२) मध््ययेे नमूद केलेेल्या बाबी विचारात घेेऊन महाराष्टट्र

शासनाला, यासोबत जोडलेेल्या अनुसूची “अ” मध््ययेे विनिर््ददिष््ट केलेेल्या क्षेेत्ाचा समावेेश करून नगरपरिषद आरमोरीच्या सीमांमध््ययेे

फेरफार करणेे इष््ट वाटतेे ;

त्याअर्थी, आता, उक्त अधिनियमाचेे कलम ६ चेे पोट-कलम (१) मधील खंड (क) अन््वयेे प्रदान केलेेल्या अधिकारांचा व इतर

सर््व अधिकारांचा वापर करून, महाराष्टट्र शासन, याद्ारेे उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम ६ चेे पोट-कलम (१) मधील खंड (क) अन््वयेे

अनुसूची “अ” मध््ययेे विनिर््ददिष््ट केलेेल्या क्षेेत्ाचा समावेेश करून नगरपरिषद आरमोरीच्या सीमांमध््ययेे फेरफार करीत आहेे. नगरपरिषद

आरमोरीच्या सुधारित सीमा अनुसूची “ब” मध््ययेे विनिर््ददिष््ट केल्याप्रमाणेे असतील.

PROCLAMATION

Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965.

No. MUN-2022/C.R.637/UD18.—In pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 6

read with sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats

and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 (Mah.XL of 1965) (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”) the

Government of Maharashtra hereby announces its intention to issue a notification in exercise of the

powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section(1) of section 6 of the said Act, with a view to alter the

limits of the Municipal area of the Armori Municipal Council in Gadchiroli District, so as to include

therein the local areas specified in Schedule ‘A’ the draft of which is appended herewith.

2. Any person who entertains any objection to the said Notification is hereby required to submit

the same, in writing, with the reasons therefore, to the Collector, Gadchiroli within the period of

30 days, from the date of publication of this proclamation in the Maharashtra Government Gazette.

3. Any such objection which may be received during the said period will be considered by the

Government.

DRAFT NOTIFICATION

No. MUN-2022/C.R.637/UD18.—Whereas, by the Government Proclamation, Urban Development

Department, No. MUN-2022/C.R.637/UD18, dated December, 2022 published in the Maharashtra

Government Gazette, extraordinary Part 1-A Central Sub-Division, dated the 23rd December 2022,

the Government of Maharashtra had announced its intention to issue a notification, in exercise of the

powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils,

Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 (Mah.XL of 1965) with a view to alter the

limits of the Municipal area of the Armori Municipal Council in Gadchiroli District, so as to include

therein the local areas specified in Schedule ‘A’ in the said Proclamation ;

And whereas, the objections and suggestions received by the Collector, Gadchiroli District

pursuant to the said Proclamation within the period specified therein have been considered by the

Government ;

And whereas, having regards to the factors mentioned in clause (2) of article 243-Q of the

Constitution of India, it is considers expedient to alter the limits of municipal area of the Armori

Municipal Council in Gadchiroli District so as to include therein the local areas specified in Schedule

“A” appended hereto ;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section(1) of section 6

of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965

(Mah.XL of 1965) and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra

hereby, alters the limits of the Municipal area of the Armori Municipal Council in Gadchiroli District,

so as to include therein the local areas specified in Schedule ‘A’ appended hereto and declares that

the revised boundaries of the Armori Municipal Council so altered shall be such as is specified in

Schedule “B” appended hereto.
