No.ADG-2022/CR 94/D-XIV.—The Government of Maharashtra has accepted the resignation

tendered by Shri Adv. Ashutosh A. Kumbhakoni, Advocate General for the Maharashtra State

with effect from 14th December, 2022.

Part II

In exercise of the powers conferred by article 165 (1) of the constitution of India, the Governor

of Maharashtra is hereby pleased to appoint Shri Dr. Birendra Saraf, Senior Advocate, to be the

Advocate General for the State of Maharashtra from the date of this Notification.
