English of the Government Notification, Industries, Energy and Labour Department, No.IDA-
122022/CR-93/LAB-2, dated the 29th December 2022, Extra-Ordinary, is hereby published under
the authority of the Governor.

Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), and with reference to the Notification No.A-3902/2022,
dated 9th December 2022 of the Registrar General, High Court, Bombay the Government of
