NOTIFICATION
NANDED SIKH GURUDWARA SACHKHAND SHRI HAZUR APCHALNAGAR SAHIB ACT, 1956.
No.GUR/2022/C.R.108/J-7(A).- Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has, vide Government
Notification, Revenue and Forests Department, No. GUR/2022/C.R.108/J-7(A), dated the 29th June
2022 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Notification”), issued in exercise of the powers conferred
by sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 53 of the Nanded Sikh Gurudwara Sachkhand Shri
Hazur Apchalnagar Sahib Act, 1956 (Hyd. Act No. XXXVII of 1956), superseded ‘the Nanded
Sikh Gurudwara Sachkhand Shri Hazur Apchalnagar Sahib Board’ for a period of six months
from the date of publication of the said notification in the Maharashtra Government Gazette
or till the formation of a new Board, whichever earlier; and directed that, all the powers
and duties which may, by or under the provisions of the said Act, be exercised or performed
by or on behalf of the said Board shall, during the period of supersession be exercised and
performed by Dr. P. S. Pasricha, I.P.S. (Retd.);
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra considers it expedient to extend the above
referred period of six months of supersession of the said Board by further period of three
months and also to direct that all such powers and duties of the said Board shall, during
further period of supersession be exercised and performed by Dr. P. S. Pasricha, I. P. S. (Retd.);
