भरारी पथक व व््हहिडीओ देखरेख पथक ययांच््या प्रमुखांना सदर अधिसूचना निर््गमित केल््याच््या दिनांकापासून निवडणूक कालावधीसाठी

व क्षेत्रियय

अधिकारी ययांना सदर निवडणुकीकरिता दिनांक २८ जानेवारी २०२३, १८-०० वा. पासून ते दिनांक ३० जानेवारी २०२३ रोजी

मतदान पूर्ण होईपर्यंत, ययाद्ारे, विशेष कार््यकारी दंडाधिकारी म्हणून घोषित करीत आहे आणि त््यांना उक्त कालावधींसाठी फौजदारी प्रक्रियया

संहिता, १९७३ च््या कलम १२९, १३३, १४३ व १४४ खाली विशेष कार््यकारी दंडाधिकाऱ््यांच््या शक्ती प्रदान करीत आहे.

NOTIFICATION

CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE, 1973.

No. PRO-0123/C.R.07/Spl-2.—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 21 of the Code of

Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), the Government of Maharashtra hereby declares Heads of

Flying Squad and Video Surveillance Team, appointed for the elections of the Legislative Council

from Graduates’ and Teachers’ Constituencies by the Divisional Commissioner Amravati, Nashik,

Aurangabad, Nagpur and Konkan or by concerned Returning Officer, as Special Executive Magistrates

from the issuance of this notification for the period of Election and, the Zonal Officers appointed for

the said elections as Special Executive Magistrates from 28th January 2023, 18-00 Hrs. till the voting

is over on 30th January 2023 and confers upon them the powers of Special Executive Magistrates

under Sections 129, 133, 143 and 144 of Cr.P.C. for the respective periods.
