हज समिती अधिनियम, २००२.

क्र. हज-२०२०/प्र.क्र.६९/का-५.—ज्याअर्थी महाराष्टट्र शासनाने केंद्ीय हज समिती अधिनियम, २००२ (२००२ चा ३५ वा) मधील

कलम १८ अन्वये प्राप्त शक््तींचा वापर करून शासन अधिसूचना, सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग, क्र.हज-२००२/९२१/प्र.क्र.१५७/२००२/३५,

दिनांक १३ मार्च २००३ अन्वये (यापुढे "उक्त अधिसूचना" म्हणून संदर््भभित) महाराष्टट्र राज्य हज समितीची स््थथापना करून सदर समितीवर

सोळा सदस््ययाांांची नियुक्ती केली होती;

आणि ज्याअर्थी उक्त समितीवरील सदस््ययाांांचा कार््यकाळ समाप्त झाला, वेळोवेळी प्रसिध्द करण्यात आलेल्या अधिसूचनेद्ारे सदस््ययाांांची

नियुक्ती करून उक्त समितीची पुनर््रचना करण्यात आलेली आहे;

आणि ज्याअर्थी उक्त समितीवरील काही सदस््ययाांांना महाराष्टट्र शासनाने, अल्पसंख्याक विकास विभाग, अधिसूचना क्र. हज-२०२०/

प्र.क्र.६४/का.५, दिनांक १० जून २०२० अन्वये काढून टाकले होते;

आणि ज्याअर्थी महाराष्टट्र शासनाने, अल्पसंख्याक विकास विभाग, अधिसूचना क्र. हज-२०२०/प्र.क्र.६९/का-५,

दिनांक १९ डिसेंबर २०२२ अन्वये केंद्ीय हज समिती अधिनियम, २००२ (२००२ चा ३५ वा) मधील कलम १८ तसेच कलम १९,२०

आणि २२ अन्वये प्राप्त शक््तींचा वापर करून, आणि या अनुषंगाने त्यास सक्षम करणाऱ्या इतर सर््व अधिकारांचा वापर करून, तीन

वषाांच्या कालावधीसाठी या समितीवर सार््वजनिक प्रशासन, वित्त, शिक्षण, संस्ककृती किंवा सामाजिक कार््य या क्षेत्ात काम करणाऱ्या मुस््ललिम

स्वयंसेवी संस््थथाांांचे प्रतिनिधित्व करणाऱ्या ३ सदस््ययाांांचे, महाराष्टट्र राज्य वक््फ बोर््डडाचे अध्यक्ष आणि महाराष्टट्र राज्य हज कमिटीचे कार््यकारी

अधिकारी या पदसिद्ध सदस््ययाांांसह नामनिर्देशन केलेले आहे.

त्याअर्थी, केंद्ीय हज समिती अधिनियम, २००२ (२००२ चा ३५ वा) मधील कलम १८ तसेच कलम १९,२० आणि २२ अन्वये

प्राप्त शक््तींचा वापर करून, आणि या अनुषंगाने त्यास सक्षम करणाऱ्या इतर सर््व अधिकारांचा वापर करून, महाराष्टट्र शासन याद्ारे शासन

राजपत्रात ही अधिसूचना प्रसिध्द झाल्यापासून तीन वषाांच्या कालावधीसाठी, महाराष्टट्र विधानसभेच्या मुस््ललिम सदस््ययाांांमधून एक सदस्य,

राज्यातील स््थथानिक स्वराज्य संस््थथाांांचे प्रतिनिधीत्व करणाऱ्या मुस््ललिम सदस््ययाांांमधून तीन सदस्य, मुस््ललिम धर््मशास्तत्र आणि कायद्ातील तीन

तज्ज्ञ आणि सार््वजनिक प्रशासन, वित्त, शिक्षण, संस्ककृती किंवा सामाजिक कार््य क्षेत्ात मुस््ललिम स्वयंसेवी संस््थथाांांचे प्रतिनिधीत्व करणाऱ्या

एका मुस््ललिम सदस्याचे नामनिर्देशन करते आणि त्या अधिसूचनेत खालीलप्रमाणे सुधारणा करते:-

उक्त अधिसुचनेत,—

“(अ) परिच््छेद (i) मधील, नोंद क्र. (२) च्या जागी खालीलप्रमाणे नोंद घेण्यात येत आहे :—

(२) श्ी. अब्दुल सत्तार, राज्य विधानसभा सदस्य,

(ब) परिच््छेद (ii) मधील, नोंदी क्र. (४) ते (६) च्या जागी खालीलप्रमाणे नोंद घेण्यात येत आहे :—

(४)  श्ीमती नसिमा शेख, सांगली महापालिका,

(५)  श्ी. अश्रफफ अली अब्बास अली सय्यद, सेलू नगरपालिका, वर््धधा,

(६)  श्ी. काझी अरीफफ उल्ला कुदरत उल्ला, दारव्हा, यवतमाळ.

(क)  परिच््छेद (iii) मधील, नोंद क्र. (७) ते (९) च्या जागी खालीलप्रमाणे नोंद घेण्यात येत आहे :—

(७)  श्ी. मोहम्मद शकील काझी, पायधुनी, मुंबई,

(८)  श्ी. अफफझल शब्बर अली दावूदानी, (शिया), डोंगरी बाजार, मुंबई,

(ड) परिच््छेद (iv) मधील, नोंद क्र. (१४) च्या जागी खालीलप्रमाणे नोंद घेण्यात येत आहे :—

NOTIFICATION

Haj Committee Act, 2002.

No. Haj 2020/C.R.69/Desk-5.—Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has, in exercise of the

powers conferred by section 18 of the Haj Committee Act, 2002 (35 of 2002), constituted Maharashtra

State Haj Committee vide Government Notification, General Administration Department,

No. Haj-2002/921/C.R.157/2002/35, dated the 13th March 2003 (hereinafter referred to as “the said

notification”) and thereby appointed sixteen members of the said Committee;

And whereas, the term of office of the members of the said Committee was expired then the

said Committee was reconstituted by nominating the members to the said Committee by issuing

notifications to that effect, from time to time.

And whereas, Government of Maharashtra vide Government Notification, Minorities

Development Department, No. Haj-2020/C.R.64/De-5, dated the 10th June 2020, had removed some

of the nominated members of the said Committee;

And whereas, Government of Maharashtra considers it expedient to nominate the one member

from the Muslim members of Maharashtra Legislative Assembly, three members from Muslim

members representing local bodies in the State, three members experts in Muslim Theology and

Law and one member representing Muslim Voluntary Organizations working in the fields of public

administration, finance, education, culture or social work;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 read with sections 19, 20 and

22 of the Haj Committee Act, 2002 (35 of 2002), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf,

The Government of Maharashtra hereby nominates the following members, one member from the

Muslim members Maharashtra Legislative Assembly, Three members representing local bodies in the

State, three members experts in Muslim Theology and Law and one member representing Muslim

Voluntary Organizations working in the fields of public administration, finance, education, culture

or social work on the said Committee for a period of three years from the date of publication of this

notification in the Official Gazette and amends the said notification as follows, namely :—

In the said notification,—

“(a) in paragraph (i), for entry (2), the following shall be substituted, namely :—

(2) Shri Abdul Sattar, Member of State Assembly,

(b)  in paragraph (ii), for entries (4) to (6), the following shall be substituted, namely :—

(4) Smt. Nasima Shaikh, Sangli Municipal Corporation,

(5) Shri Ashraf Ali Abbas Ali Sayyed, Selu, Municipal Council, Wardha,

(6)  Shri Kazi Arif Ulla Kudrat Ulla, Daravha, Yawatmal.

(c) in paragraph (iii), for entries (7) to (9), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

(7)  Shri Mohammed Shakil Kazi, Pydhonie, Mumbai,
