NOTIFICATION

No. CSS-2019/Cr.191/S.M.6.—the 30th November, 2022 The Government of Maharashtra

hereby notifies that the Sainik School of Bhivkund, Tal. Ballarpur, District Chandrapur comes into

operation w.e.f. 20th June, 2019. The School shall be governed by the Sainik Schools Society Rules

and Regulations, 1997, as amended from time to time in pursuant to the Memorandum of Agreement

signed on 15th June, 2016 by the Deputy Secretary and Honarary Secretary, Ministry of Defence,

Government of India on behalf of the President of India and the Principal Secretary, School Education

and Sports Department, State of Maharashtra on behalf of the Government of Maharashtra.
