The Maharashtra State Government makes the following amendment in Maharashtra State

Government Gazette, vide No. A/PE/R-01/05/3021, dated 7th May, 2006 and vide No. A/PE/R-

01/05/3021, dated 14th September 2006 and Maharashtra State Government Extra Ordinary Gazette,

Notification, Part 2, dated 24th May 2022/Vaisakh 14 Shake 1944 as follows :—

CB-06.

4(1) Cargoes/containers containing goods of IMDG Class 2 to 9 classification will be handled

through Jawaharlal Nehru Port. Also, cargoes/containers containing goods of IMDG Class 1.4S

classification will be handled through Jawaharlal Nehru Port designated berth number CB-01,

CB-06, APMT-2 and BMCT-2.
