National Investigation Agency Act, 2008.

No. SPC 1322/C.R. 73/IX.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 22

read with sub-section (1) and (3) of section 11 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (Act 34

of 2008) ( In short ‘ N.I.A. Act, 2008’), the Government of Maharashtra, with the concurrence of the

Hon’ble the Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court of Judicature at Bombay, hereby appoints Shri

Shailesh Sharadrao Deshpande, District Judge-3 and Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in

place of Shri N. L. More as the Judge for Special Court, to try and deal with the cases filed under

N.I.A. Act, 2008.
