हाताने मैला उचलणाऱ्या सफाई कामगारांच्या नियुक्तीस प्रतिबंध करणे व त््ययाांांचे पुनर््वसन करणे अधिनियम, २०१३.

क्रमाक स्वअम-२०२०/प्र.क्र.५७/नवि-३४.—हाताने मैला उचलणाऱ्या सफाई कामगारांच्या नियुक्तीस प्रतिबंध करणे व त््ययाांांचे

पुनर््वसन करणे अधिनियम, २०१३ (२०१३ चा २५) च्या कलम २० च्या पोट-कलम (१) द्ारे प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर

करून, या कायद्ाच्या उद्ेशांसाठी महाराष्टट्र शासन याद्ारे खालील तक््त्ययायातील स्तंभ (२) मध्ये नमूद केलेल्या व्यक््तींची स्तंभ (३) मधील

नमूद स््थथानिक मर््ययादेकरिता “निरिक्षक” म्हणून नियुक्ती करीत असून ते उक्त अधिनियमांतर्गत त््ययाांांचे अधिकार वापरतील. म्हणजे :—

महानगरपालिका, नगरपरिषद किंवा नगर पंचायतींचे स्वच््छता निरीक्षक, यथथास््थथिती,

जेथथे निरीक्षकाचे पद मंजूर केले आहे, त्या कायद्ाच्या उद्ेशांसाठी स्वच््छता निरीक्षक

हा निरीक्षक असेल.

महानगरपालिका, नगरपरिषद किंवा नगर पंचायतीचे आरोग्य निरीक्षक, यथथास््थथिती, जेथथे

स्वच््छता निरीक्षकाचे पद मंजूर नाही, ते उक्त अधिनियमाच्या उद्ेशांसाठी निरीक्षक

असतील.

महानगरपालिका, नगरपरिषद किंवा नगर पंचायतीचे आयुक्त/मुख््ययाधिकारी,

यथथास््थथिती, जेथथे स्वच््छता निरीक्षक किंवा आरोग्य निरीक्षकाचे पद मंजूर नाही, ते

उक्त अधिनियमाच्या उद्ेशांसाठी निरीक्षक असतील.

NOTIFICATION

The Prohibition Of Employment As Manual Scavengers And Their Rehabilitati On Act, 2013.

No. SMM-2020/C.R.57/UD-34.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section

20 of the Prohibition, of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act, 2013

(25 of 2013), the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the persons mentioned in

column (2) of the table appended hereto to be the inspectors for the purposes of the said Act and

defines the local limits in column (3) of the said table, within which they shall exercise their powers

under the said Act, as follows. namely :—

Sanitary Inspector of the Municipal Corporation, Municipal

Council or Nagar Panchayat, as the case may be, where the

post of Inspector is sanctioned, shall be the Sanitary shall be

the inspector for the purposes of the said Act.

Health Inspector of the Municipal Corporation, Municipal

Council or Nagar Panchayat, as the case may be, where the

post of Sanitary Inspector is not sanctioned, shall be the

inspector for the purposes of the said Act.

Municipal Commissioner/Chief Officer of the Corporation,

Municipal Council or Nagar Panchayat, as the case may be,

where the post of Sanitary Inspector or Health Inspector is

not sanctioned, shall be the inspector for the purposes of the

said Act.
