असा कɁला आहे.) यां÷या कलम ११ ÷या पोट-कलम (१) Ǒारे Ōदान करĀयात आलेčया अिधकारांचा वापर कȠन, उप िवभागीय

अिधकारी, ठाणे उप िवभाग, ठाणे यांनी ĸ.िटडी/टɂ-५/एलएòयू-एसआर ४६/२०१९ व ५६/२०२२ िदनांक २४ नोďहɞबर २०२२ अąवये

Ōारंिभक अिधसूचना काढली आहे (यात यापुढɂ ùयाचा िनदɨश उòत अिधसूचना असा कɁला आहे.) आिण āयाǑारे असे अिधसूिचत कɁले

आहे की, यासोबत जोडलेčया अनुसूची एक मĄये अिधक तपिशलवार वणɑन कɁलेčया जिमनीची अनुसूची दोन मĄये वणɑन कɁलेčया

सावɑजिनक Ōयोजनासाठी आवĐयकता आहे िकȽवा ितची आवĐयकता भासĀयाची शòयता आहे ;

आिण ùयाअथȯ, उòत अिधिनयमा÷या कलम ३ ÷या खंड (छ) अąवये समुिचत शासन असलेले िजčहािधकारी, ठाणे यांनी उòत

अिधिनयमाखालील िजčहािधकाķयांची कायɨ पार पाडĀयासाठी उप िवभागीय अिधकारी, ठाणे उप िवभाग, ठाणे यांस पदिनदɨिशत कɁले आहे ;

āयाअथȯ, अनुसूची १ मĄये दशɑिवलेčया जिमनीबाबत उòत सावɑजिनक Ōयोजनासाठी उòत जमीन संपािदत करĀयाची आवĐयकता

आहे याबाबत समुिचत शासन यांची खाŇी पटली आहे, आिण Ċहणून, उòत अिधिनयमा÷या कलम १९ ÷या पोट-कलम (२) ÷या

तरतुदीąवये, उòत सावɑजिनक Ōयोजनासाठी उòत जिमनीची आवĐयकता आहे असे याǑारे घोिषत करĀयात येत आहे ;

आिण āयाअथȯ, अनुसूची तीन मĄये अिधक तपिशलवार वणɑन कɁलेले बाधीत कȱटȴȾिबयां÷या पुनवɑसन व पुनवɑसाहती÷या Ōयोजनासाठी

याǑारे पुनवɑसन व पुनवɑसाहत योजनेचा सारांश अनुसूची चार मĄये िविनिदɑđट कɁला आहे.

Ōकčपाचे नाव

नॅशनल हायĒपीड रेल कॉपɿरेशनचे बुलेट łɂन Ōकčप.

Ōकčपा÷या कामाचे वणɑन

नॅशनल हायĒपीड रेल कॉपɿरेशनचे बुलेट łɂन Ōकčप हा एकȳण ५०८.१० िक.मी.

चा Ōकčप असून āयापैकी १५५.६४२ िक.मी. लांब इतका रेčवेमागɑ महाराđł

राùयामधून जातो. महाराđł राùयातील या अंतरामĄये चार ĒथानकɁ (बांŉा-कȱलाɑ

संकȱल, ठाणे, िवरार व बोईसर) िनयोिजत कɁले आहेत. कɟŉशासीत Ōदेश दादरा

आिण नगर हवेली मĄये ४.३० िक.मी व गुजरात मĄये ३४८.०४ िक.मी इतका आहे.

समाजाला होणारे लाभ

सुिवधा याबाबत व इतर लाभासंबंधात)

मुंबई-अहमदाबाद हायĒपीड रेल Ōकčपामुळɂ जलदगती रेčवेŌकčप बांधकाम

करणे, āयाचा वापर करणे व देखभाल करणे याकामी रोजगारा÷या संधी उपलĈध

होणार आहेत.

Ēथािनक लोकांना āयांचे कौशčय आिण अनुभव यानुसार āया जागेतील Ōचिलत

िनयमानुसार रोजगारा÷या संधी िमळतील.

तसेच āया Ōकčपामुळɂ Ōवासी वाहतुकीत वाढ, सुरिȦत आिण जलद Ōवास,

भौगोिलक आिण सामािजक दृđटीने सवɑकष िवकास, मोǂाŌमाणात रोजगार िनिमɑती,

Ōकčपा÷या Ōयोजनासा़ठी संपादन होत आहे. कोणीही खातेदार िवĒथािपत होत नसčयाने पुनवɑसन व पुनĒथाɑपना करणेचा

ŌĐन उăभवत नाही. तथािप, भूिमसंपादन, पुनवɑसन व पुनĒथाɑपना करताना वाजवी भरपाई िमळĀयाचा व पारदशɑकतेचा हòक अिधिनयम,

२०१३ ÷या तरतुदीला अधीन राहून नॅशनल हायĒपीड रेल कॉपɿरेशन िल. यांनी खालीलŌमाणे रकमा व सोयीसुिवधा अनुसूची-एक व

अनुसूची-तीन मĄये नमूद कɁलेčया बाधीत ďयòतȮसाठी जाहीर कɁलेले आहेत.

नुकसानभरपाईचा तपशील

१. भारतीय मुŉांक कायदा, १८९९ ÷या तरतुदीनुसार जिमनी÷या िवĸीसाठी ठरिवĀयात आलेले बाजारमुčय

िकȽवा

मागील तीन वषाɕतील āया गावातील िकȽवा नजीक÷या गावातील झालेले खरेदीखतांपैकी उ÷चतम ५०% खरेदीखतातील

सरासरी नुसार येणाķया रकमेपैकी उ÷चतम रòकम.

२. कायǐा÷या तरतुदीनुसार ठरिवणेत आलेčया गुणांकानुसार āया पटीने रòकम

३. बांधकामाची िकȽमत व āयावर १००% सोčयॅिशयम

४. अिधसूचना ŌिसĄद झालेपासून १२% ďयाज.

५. अंशत: संपािदत जिमनीचे बाबतीत िशčलक रािहलेčया ȦेŇासाठी खालीलŌमाणे वाढीव सहाċय अनुȧेय राहील.

NOTIFICATION

No. TD/T-5/LAQ/Bullet Train/ Sec.19(2)/Notification/2023.—Whereas, the Sub Divisional Officer

Thane Division being an appropriate Government has, vide Notification No. Td/T-5/LAQ SR 46/2019

and 56/2022 dated 24th November 2023 (hereinafter referred to as “the said notification”) issued a

Preliminary Notification in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the

Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement

Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) (hereinafter “the said act”) and thereby notified that the land more particularly

described in Schedule I appended hereto is required or likely to be required for a public purpose more

particularly specified in Scheduled II ;

And Whereas, under the provision of sub-section (g) of section 3 of the said Act, the Collector

being Appropriate Government is empowered to designate Sub-Divisional Officer, Thane Sub-Division,

Thane to carry out the functions of the Collector.

And Therefore, the lands described in Schedule I are needed to be acquired for the said public

purpose; and therefore, it is hereby declared under the provision of sub-section (2) of section 19 of

the said Act, that the said lands are needed for the said public purpose.

It is hereby declared that an area more particularly described in Schedule III is identified as the

“resettlement area” for the purpose of rehabilitation and resettlement of the affected families and

summary of the rehabilitation and resettlement scheme is described in Schedule IV.

Mumbai-Ahmadabad Bullet Train Project

is 508.10 K.M. in length, out of which 155.642

K.M. length passes from the territory of

Maharashtra State. There are 4 (BKC,

Thane, Virar and Boisar) Stations proposed in

Maharashtra State. Union territory Dadra and

Nagarhaveli occupies 4.30 K.M. and Gujarat

State occupies 348.04 K.M. length.

Benefits to the Society (economic, employment,

basic infrastructure and other benefits)

Train

project shall create employment opportunities

for the construction use and maintenance of

railway.

(2) Opportunities of various jobs as per the

skill and experiences shall be made available

to the needy unemployed local people.

(3) Due to this project the increase in

passenger transport safe and fast travelling

shall be possible. Geographical and social

development in all aspect of life shall be

improved. From the social and Geographical

point of view over all development shall be

possible. Employment opportunity shall be

generated in large quantity. Environment

status shall be maintained.

(summary of the rehabilitation and resettlement scheme)

The land of Village- Shil and Desai Total Area 0-33-49 Hr. is being acquired for the purpose

of Construction of Fast Track Railway Line.

There is no displacement of Khatedars hence the question of rehabilitation does not arise.

However, as per the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land

Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 the NHRCL has offered following amount

and benefits to the affected person mention in schedule I and Schedule III.
