In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized

Occupants) Act, 1971 (Act No. 40 of 1971), the Central Government has approved the appointment

of Shri R. K. Ramgude, Deputy Manager (Welfare) and Shri R. J. Sawant, Sr. Dy. Traffic

Manager, Mumbai Port Authority as Estate Officer for the purpose of the said Act by Notification

No.A-12011/2/2019-PE-II, dated 30th January 2023 and the approval notified in the Gazette under

G.S.R. 65 (E), dated 31st January 2023.

2. The said Notification having been published in the Gazette of India on 31st January 2023

has come into force from that day and is republished for information.

New Delhi, the 30th January 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised

Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971), the Central Government hereby appoints the 2 (two) officers

mentioned in column (1) of the Table below, being officers of the Mumbai Port Authority holding

Class I post(s) of this Statutory Organization to be Estate Officers for the purposes of the said Act,

who shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on the Estate Officers by

or under the said Act, in respect of the premises specified in the corresponding entry in column (2)

of the said Table:—

१९०२५ चौ. मी. जागेतील आरȦण ĸ. ९६ ( जकात नाका) हे रNj कȠन सदर आरȦणाखालील जागा ही औǐोिगक वापर िवभागात

समािवđट करणेचे ठरिवलेले आहे.

BHIWANDI-NIZAMPUR CITY CORPORATION, BHIWANDI

(Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 Under Section 37.)

Notice

No. BNCMC/Town Planning/SR-648, dated 21st February 2023.

Whereas the Development Plan of Bhiwandi City has been partly sanctioned by Government

Notification No.TPS-1299/331/CR-45/99/UD-12, dated 30th March 2001 and has come into force with

effect from 1st May 2001 and remaining D.Plan has been sanctioned by Govt. Notification Dated 8th

July 2003 and has come into force with effect from 14th August 2003.

The Bhiwandi-Nizampur City Municipal Corporation under its General Body resolution No.506

Dated 27th April 2022 has resolved to effect the following modification under section 37 of M.R.T.P.

Act, 1966:—

“To change the use of Land under Reservation 96 (Octroi Naka) Village Pogaon S.No. 82B(S.No.19,

20,21,22,23,81/2,81/5,82/3,83/1,103,107)(as per Computerized 7/12 S.No. 19/20/21/22/23/81/82/83/103)

total area 19025.00 s.q.m. It is decided to delete said Reservation and include the land under the

said reservation in the industrial zone”.

A copy of part plan is kept available for inspection for the public during office hours at Corporation

head office. Those who wish to file their suggestions / objections in respect of the said modification,

shall submit their applications to the Municipal Corporation in writing within 30 days from the date

of publications of this notice.

The objections/suggestions received in the stipulated period will only be considered by the

Municipal Corporation before final sanction.
