चे कलम ४ ÷या, पोट-कलम (१) चे खंड (सहा) Ǒारे Ōदान करĀयात आलेčया अिधकारांचा वापर कȠन महाराđł शासनाने जी

अिधसूचना काढĀयाचे ŌĒतािवत कɁले आहे, āया अिधसूचनेचा पुढील मसूदा उòत कलम ४ ÷या पोट-कलम (४) Ǒारे आवĐयक

असčयाŌमाणे, याǑारे पȫरणाम होĀयाचा संभव असलेčया सवɑ ďयòतȮ÷या मािहतीकȫरता, याǑारे Ōिसnj करĀयात येत आहे; आिण याǑारे

अशी सूचना देĀयात येत आहे की, उòत मसूदा महाराđł शासनाकडȴन िदनांक २७ माचɑ २०२३ रोजी िकȽवा āयानंतर िवचारात घेĀयात येईल.

२. उòत मसुǐा÷या संबंधात कोणāयाही ďयòतीकडȴन ùया कोणāयाही हरकती िकȽवा सूचना िवभागीय आयुòत, औरंगाबाद

महसूल िवभाग, िदčली गेटजवळ, फाजीलपूरा, औरंगाबाद ४३१ ००१ यां÷याकडɂ उपरोòत िदनांकपूवȯ ŌाĆत होतील āया हरकती व सूचना

शासनाकडȴन िवचारात घेĀयात येतील.

अिधसूचनेचा मसूदा

ĸमांक ŌाफɁब २०२३/Ō.ĸ. ३६/म-१०.— महाराđł जमीन महसूल संिहता, १९६६ (१९६६ चा महाराđł अिधिनयम एòकɁचाळीस)

चे कलम ४ ÷या, पोट-कलम (एक) चे खंड (सहा) याǑारे Ōदान करĀयात आलेčया अिधकाराचा व āयाबाबतीत महाराđł शासनास

समथɑ करणाķया इतर सवɑ अिधकारांचा वापर कȠन, महाराđł शासन, याǑारे सोबत÷या अनुसूची÷या Ēतंभ (१) मĄये िविनिदɑđट कɁलेčया

महसुली ȦेŇा÷या नावामĄये बदल करीत आहे आिण उòत अनुसूची÷या Ēतंभ (२) मĄये āया Ōāयेकासमोर नमूद कɁčयाŌमाणे āयांना नवीन

ȦेŇाचा कोणताही संदभɑ हा संदभाɑनुसार दुसरा अथɑ अपेिȦत नसेल तर “उòत अनुसूची÷या Ēतंभ (२) मĄये नवीन नावे िदलेčया महसुली

ȦेŇा” चा संदभɑ असčयाचे समजĀयात येईल.

NOTIFICATION

MAHARASHTRA LAND REVENUE CODE, 1966.

No. TLC 2023/CR-36/M-10.— The following draft of the notification, which the Government

of Maharashtra proposes to issue in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by clause (vi) of

sub-section (1) of section 4, of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 (Mah. XLI of 1966) is hereby

published as required by sub-section (4) of the said section 4, for the information of all persons likely

to be affected thereby; and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration

by the Government of Maharashtra on or after the 27th day of March, 2023.

2. Any objections or suggestions, which may be received by the Divisional Commissioner,

Aurangabad Revenue Division, Near Delhi Gate, Fajilpura, Aurangabad 431 001 from any person with

respect to the said draft notification, before the aforesaid date will be considered by the Government.

DRAFT NOTIFICATION

No. TLC 2023/CR36/M-10.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (vi) of sub-section (1)

of section 4 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 (Mah. XLI of 1966) and of all other powers

enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby alters the names of the revenue

areas specified in column (1) of the Schedule appended hereunder and renames them as mentioned

against each of them in column (2) of the said Schedule.

notification in the Official Gazette) shall, unless the context requires otherwise, be deemed to be a

reference the “ revenue areas as renamed in column (2) of the said Schedule”.
