महाराđł िदवाणी ąयायालय अिधिनयम.

ĸमांक ąयायĒथा-२०२०/Ō.ĸ. ६६/कायाɑसन-११.— महाराđł िदवाणी ąयायालय अिधिनयम (१८६९ चा १४) याची कलमे

२१, २२अ व २३ यांǑारे Ōदान कɁलेčया अिधकारांचा, आिण याबाबतीत āयास समथɑ करणाķया इतर सवɑ अिधकारांचा वापर कȠन,

आिण āयाबाबतीत यापूवȯ काढलेčया इतर सवɑ अिधसूचना, जेथवर āया रायगड-अिलबाग िजčहा ąयायालयास दुċयम असलेčया

रायगड-अिलबाग िजčǡातील िदवाणी ąयायाधीश, वȫरđठ Ēतर, माणगाव यां÷या ąयायालयाशी संबंिधत असतील तेथवर, āयामĄये अंशतः

फɁरबदल कȠन, महाराđł शासन, याǑारे असे िनदेश देत आहे की, िदनांक ५ माचɑ २०२३ पासून,

(क) रायगड-अिलबाग िजčǡामĄये माणगाव येथे िजčहा ąयायालय, रायगड-अिलबाग यास दुċयम असलेले एक

िदवाणी ąयायालय असेल ;

(ख) िदवाणी ąयायाधीश,वȫरđठ Ēतर हे, उòत ąयायालयाचे पीठासीन अिधकारी असतील आिण ते रायगड-अिलबाग

िजčǡातील माणगाव येथे āयांचे ąयायालय भरवतील ; आिण

(ग) िदवाणी ąयायाधीश, वȫरđठ Ēतर, माणगाव, िजčहा रायगड-अिलबाग यां÷या सवɑसाधारण अिधकाȫरते÷या सीमांमĄये

रायगड-अिलबाग िजčǡातील महाड, पोलादपूर, Ŗीवधɑन, Ċहसळा, माणगाव, तळा, रोहा व पाली या महसुली तालुòयांचा

समावेश असेल आिण जे तालुकɁ यापूवȯ िदवाणी ąयायाधीश वȫरđठ Ēतर, अिलबाग यां÷या सवɑसाधारण अिधकाȫरते÷या Ēथािनक

सीमांमĄये समािवđट होते ते तालुकɁ āयामधून वगळĀयात येतील.

NOTIFICATION

MAHARASHTRA CIVIL COURTS ACT.

No. Nyayastha 2020/C.R.66/DESK-11.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 21,

22A and 23 of the Maharashtra Civil Courts Act (XIV of 1869), and of all other powers enabling it

in this behalf, and in partial modification of all the earlier notifications issued in this behalf, in so

far as they relate to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Mangaon in Raigad-Alibag District

sub-ordinate to the District Court of Raigad-Alibag, the Government of Maharashtra, hereby directs

that, with effect from 5th March 2023,

(a) there shall be a Civil Court at Mangaon in Raigad-Alibag District sub-ordinate to the

District Court, Raigad-Alibag ;

(b) the said Court shall be presided over by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, who shall

hold his Court at Mangaon in Raigad-Alibag District; and

(c) the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Mangaon,

Raigad-Alibag, shall comprise of the local limits of the Revenue Tehsils of Mahad, Poladpur,

Shrivardhan, Mhasala, Mangaon, Tala, Roha and Pali in Raigad-Alibag District and the said

Tehsils which were heretofore included within the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of

the Civil Judge, Senior Division, at Alibag shall be excluded therefrom.

उòत अिधिनयमांąवये कायɑवाही करावया÷या Ōकरणां÷या बाबतीत, रायगड-अिलबाग िजčǡातील िदवाणी ąयायाधीश, वȫरđठ Ēतर,

माणगांव यांचे ąयायालय यांना अिधकाȫरता असčयाचे िविनिदɑđट करीत आहे .

NOTIFICATION

HINDU MARRIAGE ACT, 1955.

No. Nyayastha-2020/C.R.66/DESK-11.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b)

of section 3 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (25 of 1955), in its application to the State of

Maharashtra, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf and in partial modification of all

the earlier notifications issued in this behalf, in so far as they relates to the Revenue Tehsils of

Mahad, Poladpur, Shrivardhan, Mhasala, Mangaon, Tala, Roha and Pali in Raigad-Alibag District,

the Government of Maharashtra hereby, with effect from 5th March 2023, specifies the Court of

Civil Judge, Senior Division, Mangaon, in Raigad-Alibag District as having jurisdiction in respect

of the matters to be dealt with under the said Act, within the local limits of ordinary jurisdiction.
