(3) High Court Letter No. A.5504/2023/214, dated 6th February 2023.

No. FTC-1419/C.R.4(B)/D-IX .–Whereas, vide Government Notification referred above at Sr. No.

2, retired Judicial Officer Shri Vijay Diwakarrao Pimpalkar was appointed on contractual basis to the

temporary post of District and Additional Sessions Judge at Exclusive/Designated Special POCSO

Court, Akola from 3rd August 2022 to 2nd August 2023 or until further orders, whichever is earlier ;

And whereas, Shri Vijay Diwakarrao Pimpalkar has requested to cancel his contract w.e.f.

1st December 2022 before noon ;

Now therefore, the Government of Maharashtra in consultation with Hon’ble High Court of

Judicature at Bombay, hereby cancels the appointment of Shri Vijay Diwakarrao Pimpalkar as

District and Additional Sessions Judge at Exclusive/Designated Special POCSO Court, Akola made

on contractual basis to the temporary post for a period of one (1) year, w.e.f. 1st December 2022

before noon.
