ĸमांक आयडीसी २०२०/Ō.ĸ.४१३/उ.१४.—ùयाअथȯ महाराđł औǐोिगक िवकास अिधिनयम, १९६१ (सन १९६२ चा

महा.तीन) ÷या तरतुदीनुसार Ōकरण सहा ची अिधसूचना ĸमांक आयडीसी २१९१/(१६५१७)/उǐोग-१४ िदनांक-७ ऑगĒट १९९२

महाराđł शासनाने सदर अिधसूचने÷या अनुसूचीत उčलेिखलेčया ȦेŇात महाराđł औǐोिगक िवकास अिधिनयम, १९६१ चे (सन १९६२

चा महाराđł अिधिनयम तीन) (यापुढɂ ùयाचा उčलेख “उòत ȦेŇ” असा करĀयात येईल) कलम सहा, िदनांक २० ऑगĒट १९९२ रोजी

अंमलात आणले होते व उòत अिधिनयमा÷या आधारे मौजे कोतवली व घाणेखुंट, तालुका खेड, िजčहा रāनािगरी येथील उòत अनुसूचीत

नमूद कɁलेले ȦेŇ अिधिनयमा÷या कलम २, खंड (ग) अąवये औǐोिगक ȦेŇ Ċहणून जाहीर कɁलेले आहे ;

आिण ùयाअथȯ, यासोबत जोडलेčया अनुसूचीत उčलेिखलेčया मौजे कोतवली व घाणेखुंट, तालुका खेड, िजčहा रāनािगरी येथील

काही जिमनी अिधसूचने÷या अनुसूचीत उčलेिखलेčया ȦेŇात औǐोिगक ȦेŇा÷या िवकासासाठी आवĐयक नाहीत असे महाराđł शासनाचे

मत झाले आहे.

āयाअथȯ, उòत अिधिनयमा÷या कलम १, पोट-कलम (३) व कलम २, खंड (ग) अąवये Ōदान कɁलेčया शòतीचा वापर कȠन

व महाराđł जनरल òलॉजेस ॲòट÷या कलम २१ सह वाचावे (१९०४ चा १) चा संदभɑ घेवून महाराđł शासन याǑारे खालील उčलेख

कɁलेčया ȦेŇात ùया गोđटी झाčया आहेत िकȽवा ùया गोđटी करावया÷या ठरिवčया आहेत āया सोडȴन महाराđł औǐोिगक िवकास अिधिनयम,

१९६१ चे कलम Ōकरण सहा, िदनांक १५ माचɑ २०२३ पासून रǋ करीत आहे, आिण सदर ȦेŇ हे जाहीर कɁलेčया औǐोिगक ȦेŇाचा

भाग राहणार नाही.

NOTIFICATION

No. IDC-2020/C.R.413/IND-14.—Whereas, by the Government Notification, Industries, Energy

and Labour Department, No IDC- 2191/(16517)/IND-14, dated the 7th August 1992 (hereinafter

referred to as “the said notification”), issued under sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Maharashtra

Industrial Development Act 1961 (Mah. III of 1962) (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), the

Government of Maharashtra has appointed the 20th August 1992 to be the date from which the

provisions of Chapter VI of the said Act, shall take effect in certain areas in Village Kotavali and

Ghanekhunt, in Taluka Khed of District Ratnagiri mentioned in the Schedule appended to the said

notification (hereinafter referred to as “the said areas”), and declared the said areas as an industrial

area under clause (g) of section 2 of the said Act;

And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra is of the opinion that the said areas in the Village

Kotavali and Ghanekhunt, in Taluka Khed of District Ratnagiri mentioned in the schedule appended

to the said notification are not required for the purpose of development as an industrial area.

Now, therefore, in the exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to sub-section (3) of

section 1 and clause (g) of section 2 of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 read with

section 21 of the Maharashtra General Clauses Act (1 of 1904) and of all other powers enabling it in

this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby, with effect from the 15th March 2023, declares

that the provisions of chapter VI of the said Act shall cease to be in the force in the said areas and

the said areas shall not be the industrial area so declared, except as respects things done or omitted

to be done before that date.

येथील काही जिमनी अिधसूचने÷या अनुसूचीत उčलेिखलेčया ȦेŇात औǐोिगक ȦेŇा÷या िवकासासाठी आवĐयक नाहीत असे महाराđł

शासनाचे मत झाले आहे.
