क्रमांक २-राकावि/ प्र. क्र. १३०/२०२१-राकायो २.— कर््मचारी राज्य विमा अधिनियम, १९४८ (१९४८ चा ३४) महाराष्टट्र राज्यास

लागू असताना त्याच्या कलम १ च्या पोट-कलम (५) द्ारे प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून, त्यासोबत जोडलेल्या अनुसूचित

विनिर््दिष््टट केलेल्या क्ेत्ातील स््थथित असलेल्या आस््थथापनेच्या वर््गगास उक्त अधिनियमाच्या तरतुदी लागू करण्याकरिता प्रस््ततावित केलेल्या

अधिसूचनेचे पुढील प्रारूप, त्यामुळे बाधा पोहचण्याचा संभव असलेल्या सर््व व्यक््तींच्या माहितीकरिता, उक्त पोट-कलम (५) द्ारे

आवश्यक असल्याप्रमाणणे, याद्ारे, प्रसिद्ध करण्यात येत आहे; आणि याद्ारे अशी नोटीस देण्यात येत आहे की, उक्त प्रारूप, महाराष्टट्र

शासनाकडून दिनांक ३० एप्रिल २०२३ रोजी किंवा त्यानंतर विचारात घेण्यात येईल.

२.  उपरोक्त दिनांकापूर्वी, उक्त प्रारूपाच्या बाबतीत, कोणणत्याही व्यक्तीकडून सचिव, सार््वजनिक आरोग्य विभाग, गो.ते., १०वा

मजला, रुग््णालय संकुल इमारत, मुंबई ४०० ००१ यांच्याकडे ज्या कोणणत्याही हरकती किंवा सूचना होतील त्या शासनाकडून विचारात

घेण्यात येतील.

प्ारूप अधिसूचना

उक्त अधिनियमाच्या तरतुदी ज्या क्ेत्ांना लागू करण्यात आल्या असतील त्या क्ेत्ात स््थथित असलेल्या ज्या आस््थथापनेमध्ये मागील बारा

महिन््ययाांांमध्ये कोणणत्याही दिवशी दहा किंवा अधिक व्यक्ती कामावर आहेत किंवा होत्या अशा यासोबत जोडलेल्या अनुसूचीच्या स््ततंतंभ

(२) मध्ये नमूद केलेल्या आस््थथापनांच्या वगाांना जेव्हा लागू होतील तो दिनांक ३० एप्रिल २०२३, हा दिनांक, याद्ारे नियत करीत आहे.

मागील १२ महिन््ययाांांत कोणणत्याही दिवशी रोजंदारीवर

त्या आस््थथापनेत कार््यरत असतील ते

कर््मचारी राज्य विमा अधिनियम, १९४८ च्या

कलम १, उप-कलम (३) अन्वये याआधीच

ज्या क्ेत्ात सदर योजनेची प्रत््यक्ष अंमलबजावणणी

सुरू आहे ते क्षेत्र.

NOTIFICATION

Employee’s State Insurance Act, 1948.

No. Rakayo-2021/Pra.Kra.130/2021-Rakavi-2.— The following draft of notification, which

is proposed to be issued in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 1 of the

Employee’s State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), in its application to the State of Maharashtra, to

extend the provisions of the said Act to the classes of establishments situated in the areas as specified

in the Schedule appended thereto, is hereby published as required by said sub-section (5), for the

information of all persons likely to be affected thereby; and notice is hereby given that the said draft

will be taken into consideration by the Government of Maharashtra on or after the 30th April 2023.

2.  Any objection or suggestion which may be received by the Secretary to the Government

of Maharashtra, Public Health Department, G.T.Hospital Complex Building, 10th Floor,

Mumbai 400 001, from any person with respect to the said draft before the aforesaid date will be

considered by the Government.

DRAFT NOTIFICATION

No. Rakayo-202l/Pra.Kra.130/Rakavi-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5)

of section 1 of the Employee’s State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), in its application to the State

of Maharashtra and in partial supersession of all earlier notifications issued in this behalf with

respect to the number of persons employed in the establishments, the Government of Maharashtra in

consultation with the Employee’s State Insurance Corporation and with the approval of the Central

Government, after having given on month’s notice as required by said sub-section (5), hereby appoints

the 30th April 2023, to be the date on which all the provisions of the said Act shall extend to the

classes of establishments mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule appended hereto wherein ten or

more persons are employed, or were employed on any day of the preceding twelve months situated

in the areas in which the provisions of said Act have been brought into force under sub-section (3)

of section 1 of the said Act.
