This Authority has passed an Order in case related to proposal from Gateway Terminal

India Private Limited (M/s GTIPL) for revision of its general tariff. This order was notified in the

Maharashtra State Gazette Extraordinary (Part II, Ext. 32) on 6th April 2023 vide Gazette No. 32.

Inadvertent errors are observed in the said Order. The details of the errors and the corrections

made are detailed below :

(i) ‘‘ The revised Scale of Rates will come into force after expiry of 30 days from the date of

notification of this Order in the State Gazette ’’ may be read as ‘‘ The revised Scale of Rates will come

into force after expiry of 15 days from the date of notification of this Order in the State Gazette’’
