No. MSLSA/Const. HCLSSC/2023/1342.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8-A of the

Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 r.w. Regulation 6 and 7 of the Maharashtra State Legal Services

Authority Regulations, 1998, the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority, Mumbai, hereby re-

constitute the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee at Aurangabad to exercise the powers and

perform the functions conferred on, or assigned to the High Court Legal Services Committee under

the said Act, and nominate the persons to be the office bearers and Members of the High Court Legal

Services Sub-Committee at Aurangabad, as shown in column 2 of the Schedule, mentioned below,

for the period of three years from the date of issuance of this Notification :—
