ùयाअथȯ, वाडा नगरपंचायत, िनयोजन Ōािधकरण Ċहणून महाराđł Ōादेिशक िनयोजन व नगररचना अिधिनयम, १९६६ चे कलम
२६ (१) नुसार ŌाȠप िवकास योजना, िद. २९ सĆटɠबर २०२२ चे सुचनेǑारे नागȫरकां÷या सूचना / हरकती मागिवĀयासाठी Ōिसnj कɁली
आहे . सदरची सूचना महाराđł शासन राजपŇात िद. ६ ते १२ ऑòटोबर २०२२ रोजी Ōिसnj झाली आहे;
आिण ùयाअथȯ, उòत योजनेवर िविहत मुदतीत ŌाĆत सूचना व हरकतȮचा िवचार कȠन उòत अिधिनयमा÷या कलम २८ (४)
नुसार Ēथापन झालेčया िनयोजन सिमतीने ितचा अहवाल उòत िनयोजन Ōािधकरणाकडɂ िद. १७ फɁŎुवारी २०२३ रोजी सादर कɁला.
आिण ùयाअथȯ, िनयोजन सिमतीने सादर कɁलेčया अहवालावर िवचारांती उòत िनयोजन Ōािधकरणाने तो माąय कȠन व ŌाȠप
िवकास योजनेमĄये नďयाने बदल सुचवून, उòत योजनेत फɁरवदल / बदल करĀयासाठी व ती उòत अिधिनयमा÷या कलम ३० नुसार
शासनाकडɂ मंजूरीसाठी सादर करĀयासाठी ठराव ĸ. ३४ िद. १६ माचɑ २०२३ रोजी पाȫरत कɁलेला आहे.
आिण ùयाअथȯ, उòत अिधिनयमाचे कलम २८ (४) खालील तरतुदीनुसार उòत योजने÷या मसुǐात कɁलेले फɁरबदल, बदल
नागȫरकां÷या अवलोकनाथɑ Ōिसnj करणे आवĐयक आहे. āयाअथȯ, उòत ŌाȠप िवकास योजने÷या मसुǐात िनयोजन Ōािधकरणाने
उòत अिधिनयमाचे कलम २८ (४) नुसार कɁलेčया फɁरबदलांची / बदलांची सुची पȫरिशđठ" अ "मĄये नमूद कɁčयाŌमाणे, नागȫरकां÷या
मािहतीसाठी Ōिसnj करĀयात येत आहे . सदर फɁरबदल / बदल दशɑिवणारा उòत ŌाȠप िवकास योजनेचा नकाशा खालील नमूद कɁलेčया
कायाɑलयात कामकाजा÷या िदवशी कायाɑलयीन वेळɂत ३० िदवसा÷या कालावधीकȫरता नागȫरकां÷या अवलोकनाथɑ ठɂवĀयात आला आहे.

M1. Reservation No. 36 Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) is relocated to survey no. 150, 151, 378,
379 & 380 along the course of drain & area so deleted from reservation is included in residential zone.
M2. Proposed 15 m wide East-West direction DP road along survey No. 57 to 82 is reduced to
12 m and area so deleted under road is included to adjacent agriculture zone.
M3. Propostd widening of 15 m to the existing road along CTS No. 1124 to survey no. 233 is
reduced to 12 m and area under road is deleted and included in adjacent Residential zone.
M4. Proposed widening of 15 m to the existing road along CTS No. 2511 & 2512 to survey
no. 260 is reduced to 12 m and area under road is deleted and included in adjacent zone/reservation.
M5. Proposed widening of 12 m to the existing road from ram mandir to CTS no. 821 (approved
layout) is deleted and area under road is deleted and included in adjacent zone/reservation.
M6. Proposed 9 m wide DP road has been realigned to the road in approved layout & existing
cart track. The reservation no. 17 Children's park is shifted slightly along the realigned road & area
deleted under road and from reservation is included in adjacent zone.
M7. Proposed 45 m wide bypass DP road along the survey no. 188 to survey no. 376 & along
the survey no. 193 to survey no. 48 is reduced to 30 m and area so deleted under road is included to
adjacent zone/reservation.
M8. Existing Internal road in CTS no. 1470 is deleted & area so deleted under road is included
in adjacent residential Zone.
M9. Proposed 15m wide DP road along CTS 1026 to survey no. 211 is reduced to 12 m and area
so deleted is included in adjacent zone/reservation.
M10. Waterbody( Pond) in survey no. 372 is deleted & area so deleted is included in residential
zone.
M11. Area of survey no. 229 & 154 under agriculture zone is deleted & included in residential

NOTICE
Publication of list of Modifications/Changes in Draft Development plan of Wada Nagarpanchayat
u/s 28(4) of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 .
Whereas, Wada Nagarpanchayat, being Planning Authority, has published the Draft Development
Plan u/s 26(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, vide notice dated
29th September 2022 for inviting suggestions/obejctions from public. The said Notice is published in
Maharashtra Government Gazzette dated 6th to 12th October 202 ;
And whereas, after considering the suggestions/objections to the said plan received within
stipulated period, the planning Committee constitued u/s 28(4)of the said Act, has submitted its
report to the said Planning Authority on 17th February 2023;
And whereas, the said planning Authority after considering the report submitted by Planning
Committee, accepted and suggested changes in draft development plan and passed Resolution No.34,
dated 16th March 2023 to make modifications/changes to the said Plan and to submit the said Plan
for sanction to the Government u/s 30 of the said Act;
And whereas, it is necessary to publish the said modifications/Changes made in the said plan
for inspection of the public as per section 28(4)of the said Act.
Now, therefore, the list of modifications/Changes made u/s 28(4) of the Act, by the said Planning
Authority is hereby published as Appendix-A as per the provisions of said Act for information of the
public. The said Draft Development plan showing the Modifications/ changes in kept open for the
inspection of the public in the following offices, on working days, during office hours for a period of
30 days.

No. F-287 (Mumbai) by one Mr. D. G. Bhambal and Mr. D. S. Salvi as Reporting Trustees. The said
Change Report came to be rejected vide order dated 5.1.2011 passed by the Ld. Deputy Charity
Commissioner, Mumbai.
Subsequently, upon inspection, it has come to the notice of the Trustees of Marathi Mission
Trust that the record of Change Report No. 4191/2004 is not traceable and/ or missing and/ or
destroyed from the record of the office of Ld. Joint Charity Commissioner, Greater Mumbai Region,
Mumbai and therefore necessary application has been preferred to reconstruct the record of Change
Report No. 4191/2004 in order to carry out necessary entries in Public Trust Register Schedule-I of
Marathi Mission Trust maintained under section 17 of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act,1950.
This is to call upon you to submit your objection if any, within 30 days from the date of
publication of this notice, for the reord pertaining to Change Report No. 4191/2004 to be reconstructed
as per Section 79AA of The Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950 on the basis of the photo copy of
the certified copies available with Applicant.
