क्रमांं�क न्यायस्थाा-०९१९/७२५/प्र.क्र.काार्या�सन -११.—महााराष्ट्र दि�वााणीी न्यायालय अधिि˜नि�यम (१८६९ चाा १४) याच्या कलम

२१, २२अ व २३ यांं�द्वाारे प्रदाान केलेल्या अधिि˜काारांं�चाा, आणि� याबाबतीत त्यास समर्थथ करणाऱ्या इतर सर्वव अधिि˜काारांं�चाा वाापर करून, आणि�

त्याबाबतीत यापूर्वी कााढलेल्या सर्वव अधिि˜सूचनाा, जेथवर त्या अहमदन

दि�वााणीी न्यायाधीश, वरि�ष्ठ स्तर, श्रीीगोंदाा यांं�च्या न्यायालयाशी संंबंधिि˜त असतीील तेथवर, त्यांं�मध्ये अंशतः फेेरबदल करून, महााराष्ट्र शासन,

याद्वाारे असेे नि�देेश देत आहे की, दि�नांं�क १० डिि’सेंंबर, २०२३ पासून,— 

(क) अहमदन

गर जि�ल्ह्याातील कर्जत येथे जि�ल्हा न्यायालय, अहमदन

गर यास दुय्यम असलेेले एक दि�वााणीी न्यायालय,

वरि�ष्ठ स्तर असेेल; 

(ख) दि�वााणीी न्यायाधीश, वरि�ष्ठ स्तर हे, उक्त न्यायालयाचे पीठासीन अधिि˜काारी असतीील आणि� ते अहमदन

गर जि�ल्ह्याातील

कर्जत येथे त्यां�चेे न्यायालय भरवतीील; आणि� 

(ग) अहमदन

गर जि�ल्ह्याातील दि�वााणीी न्यायाधीश, वरि�ष्ठ स्तर, कर्जत यांं�च्या सर्ववसााधारण अधिि˜काारि�तेेच्या स्थाानि�क सीमांं�मध्ये

अहमदन

गर जि�ल्ह्याातील कर्जत व जामखेेड या महसुुली ताालुक्यांं�च्या स्थाानि�क सीमांं�चाा समाावेश असेेल आणि� सदर ताालुके,

जे यापूर्वी श्रीीगोंदाा येथील दि�वााणीी न्यायाधीश, वरि�ष्ठ स्तर यांं�च्या सर्ववसााधारण अधिि˜काारि�तेेच्या स्थाानि�क सीमांं�मध्ये समाावि�ष्ट होते ते

उक्त ताालुके त्यामधूून वगळण्यात येतील. 

महााराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल यांं�च्या आदेशानुसार व नाावााने,

NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra Civil Courts Act.

No. NYAYASTHA-0919/725/C.R.156/DESK-11.—In exercise of  the powers conferred by sections

21, 22A and 23 of the Maharashtra Civil Courts Act (XIV of 1869), and of all other powers enabling

it in this behalf, and in partial modification of all the earlier notifications issued in this behalf, in

so far as they relate to the court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Shrigonda in Ahmednagar District,

sub-ordinate to the District Court of Ahmednagar, the Government of Maharashtra, hereby directs

that, with effect from 10th December 2023,— 

(a) there shall be a Civil Court, Senior Division at Karjat in Ahmednagar District

sub-ordinate to the District Court, Ahmednagar ; 

(b) the said Court shall be presided over by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, who shall hold

his Court at Karjat in Ahmednagar District; and 

(c) the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Karjat

in Ahmednagar District shall comprise of the local limits of the Revenue Tahsils of Karjat and

Jamkhed in Ahmednagar District and the said Tahsils which were heretofore included within

the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, at Shrigonda

shall be excluded therefrom.

अधिि˜काारि�ताा असलेेल्या अहमदन

गर जि�ल्ह्याातील दि�वााणीी न्यायाधीश, वरि�ष्ठ स्तर, कर्जत यां�चेे न्यायालय वि�नि�र्दि�िष्ट करीीत आहे.

Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. 

No. NYAYASTHA-0919/725/C.R.156/DESK-11.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause

(b) of section 3 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (25 of 1955), in its application to the State of

Maharashtra, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf and in partial modification of all

the earlier notifications issued in this behalf, in so far as they relates to the Revenue Tahsils of Karjat

and Jamkhed in Ahmednagar District, the Government of Maharashtra hereby, with effect from 10th

December, 2023, specifies the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division at Karjat, in Ahmednagar District

as having jurisdiction in respect of the matters to be dealt with under the said Act, within the local

limits of ordinary jurisdiction of the Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Karjat, Civil Judge, Junior

Division, Jamkhed established under the Maharashtra Civil Courts Act ( XIV of 1869).
