In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4(1) of the Sexual Harassment of Women at

Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and in partial modification of the

earlier Notification No. Rule/P.1616/2023, dated 12th July, 2023 regarding constitution of “The

Gender Sensitization Internal Complaints Committee” to deal with the complaints if any, of Sexual

Harassment of any woman at workplace, the Hon’ble the Chief Justice is pleased to re-constitute

“ The Gender Sensitization Internal Complaints Committee” for the High Court of Judicature

at Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad as under :—
