NOTIFICATION
Ref.— (1) Hon’ble High Court, Bombay Letter No. A.1218/99 & A.0104/86/1099/2023, dated
16th June 2023.
(2) Government Notification of even number dated 12th July 2023.
(3) Hon’ble High Court, Bombay Letter No. A.1218/99/2014/2023, dated 30th October 2023.
No. SPC. 1323/C.R.49/IX.—Whereas the Government of Maharashtra, with the concurrence
of the Hon’ble Chief Justice of Bombay High Court, vide Government Notification referred above
at Sr. No. 2 has appointed the Judges, mentioned therein column (2) of the schedule as the Judge/
Additional Judge for Special Courts shown against their names in column (3) of the schedule of the
said notification, to try the cases filed under MCOC Act, 1999 and NIA Act, 2008;
And whereas, Hon’ble High Court vide letter referred above at Sr. No. 3, has requested to make
modifications in the said notification.
Now therefore, the Government of Maharashtra in consultation with Hon’ble High Court of Judicature
at Bombay, hereby amends the said notification as follows :—
