क्रमांं�क सेप्रनि� २०१९/प्र. क्र. ८०५/सेवाा-५.— भाारतीय संवि�धाानााच्या अनुुच्छेेद ३०९ खाालील परंंतुुकान्वयेे प्रदाान करण्यात आलेल्या

शक्तींचाा वाापर करून महााराष्ट्रााचे राज्यपााल याद्वाारे सार्वजनि�क आरोग्य वि�भाागाच्या अधि�पत्याखाालील आरोग्य सेवाा, आयुुक्तालयातील

बहुुउद्देेशीय आरोग्य कर्ममचाारी (पुुरुष), गट-क (सेवााप्रवेश) नि�यम २०२१ यामध्ये सुुधाारणाा करण्याकरि�ताा पुुढीील नि�यम करीीत आहेत :—

१. या नि�यमांं�ना सार्वजनि�क आरोग्य वि�भाागाच्या अधि�पत्याखाालील आरोग्य सेवाा, आयुुक्तालयातील “बहुुउद्देेशीय आरोग्य कर्ममचाारी

(पुुरुष)”, गट-क (सेवााप्रवेश) (सुुधाारणाा) नि�यम, २०२३ असे संबोधण्यात यावे.

२. सार्वजनि�क आरोग्य वि�भाागाच्या अधि�पत्याखाालील आरोग्य सेवाा, आयुुक्तालयातील बहुुउद्देेशीय आरोग्य कर्ममचाारी (पुुरुष),

गट-क (सेवााप्रवेश) नि�यम, २०२१ च्या नि�यम ३ येथेे खंड (क) मध्ये खाालील परंंतुुक समाावि�ष्ट करण्यात यावे :—

“परंंतुु असे की, सार्वजनि�क आरोग्य वि�भाागाच्या अधि�पत्याखाालील आरोग्य सेवाा, आयुुक्तालयातील “बहुुउद्देेशीय आरोग्य

कर्ममचाारी (पुुरुष)”, गट-क सेवााप्रवेश नि�यम, २०२१ प्रसि�ध्द होण्याच्या दि�नांं�काापूर्वी नि�यमि�त क्षेेत्र कर्ममचाारी गट-ड हे पद कि�माान

तीन वर्षे धाारण करणााऱ्या आणि� ज्यां�नीी मााध्यमि�क शालांं�त परीीक्षा उत्तीीर्णण केली आहे, अशा व्यक्तींचाा देखील, वरीील खंड (क)

अंतर्गत, ज्येष्ठतेेच्या अधि�न राहून या नि�यमांं�च्या प्रसि�द्धीीपाासून पााच वर्षांंɕपर्यंंत पदोोन्नतीीसाठी वि�चाार करण्यात येईल”.

No. RR 2019/Multi-Purpose Health Worker (Male)/CR. 805/Seva-5.— In exercise of the powers

conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India and the Governor of Maharashtra

is hereby pleased to make the following rules to amend Multi-Purpose Health Worker (Male) Group-C

in the Commissionerate of Health Services under the Public Health Department of the Government

of Maharashtra (Recruitment) Rules, 2021 as follows, namely :—

1. These rules may be called the Multi-Purpose Health Worker (Male) Group-C in the

Commissionerate of Health Services under the Public Health Department of the Government

of Maharashtra (Recruitment) (*Amendment) Rules, 2023.

2. In rule 3 of the Multi-Purpose Health Worker (Male) Group-C in the Commissionerate

of Health Services under the Public Health Department of the Government of Maharashtra

(Recruitment) Rules, 2021 (hereinafter referred to as “the Principle Rules”), after clause (1) the

following proviso shall be inserted, namely :—

“Provided that, a person having minimum 3 years of regular service on the post of

Regular field Worker, Group D, in the Commissionerate of Health Services under the Public

Health Department of the Government of Maharashtra and who have passed the Secondary

School Certificate Examination, before the date of publication of the Principal Rules,

shall be made eligible for promotion for five years from the date of publication

of these Rules”.

आरोग्य नि�रि�क्षक, गट-क (सेवााप्रवेश) नि�यम, २०२१ यामध्ये सुुधाारणाा करण्याकरि�ताा पुुढीील नि�यम करीीत आहेत :—

१.

या नि�यमांं�ना सार्वजनि�क आरोग्य वि�भाागाच्या अधि�पत्याखाालील आरोग्य सेवाा, आयुुक्तालयातील “आरोग्य नि�रि�क्षक”

(सेवााप्रवेश) (सुुधाारणाा) नि�यम , २०२३ असे संबोधण्यात यावे.

२. सार्वजनि�क आरोग्य वि�भाागाच्या अधि�पत्याखाालील आरोग्य सेवाा, आयुुक्तालयातील आरोग्य नि�रि�क्षक, गट-क (सेवााप्रवेश)

नि�यम २०२१च्या नि�यम ३ येथेे खंड (क) मध्ये खाालील परंंतुुक समाावि�ष्ट करण्यात यावे :—

“ परंंतुु असे की, सार्वजनि�क आरोग्य वि�भाागाच्या अधि�पत्याखाालील आरोग्य सेवाा, आयुुक्तालयातील “आरोग्य नि�रि�क्षक”,

गट-क सेवााप्रवेश नि�यम, २०२१ प्रसि�द्ध होण्याच्या दि�नांं�काापूर्वी “बहुुउद्देेशीय आरोग्य कर्ममचाारी”, गट-क हे पद कि�माान तीन (३)

वर्षे धाारण करणााऱ्या आणि� ज्यां�नीी मााध्यमि�क शालांं�न्त परीीक्षा उत्तीीर्णण आहे व तद्नंंतर खाालील अर्हताा धाारण केली आहे, अशा

व्यक्तींचाा देखील ज्येष्ठतेेच्या अधि�न राहून, वरीील खंड (क) अंतर्गत, या नि�यमांं�च्या प्रसि�द्धीीपाासून पााच वर्षांंɕपर्यंंत पदोोन्नतीीसाठी

वि�चाार करण्यात येईल ;”

(१) १२ महि�न्यां�चेे मूलभूत बहुुउद्देेशीय आरोग्य कर्ममचााऱ्यां�चेे प्रशि�क्षण किं�ंवाा माान्यता प्राप्त स्वच्छताा नि�रि�क्षकााचे अभ्यासक्रम

उत्तीीर्णण आहे.

किं�ंवा

(२) कि�माान २ महि�न्यांं�चाा मूलभूत बहुुउद्देेशीय आरोग्य कर्ममचााऱ्यां�चेे प्रशि�क्षण व बहुुउद्देेशीय आरोग्य कर्ममचाारी गट-क या पदाावर

कि�माान १० वर्षांंɕची नि�यमि�त सेवाा पूर्णण केली आहे.

किं�ंवा

(३) माान्यता प्राप्त संस्थेेकडूून इ. ७ वी उत्तीीर्णण व कि�माान २ महि�न्यांं�चाा मूलभूत बहुुउद्देेशीय आरोग्य कर्ममचााऱ्यां�चेे प्रशि�क्षण व

बहुुउद्देेशीय आरोग्य कर्ममचाारी गट-क या पदाावर कि�माान १५ वर्षांंɕची नि�यमि�त सेवाा पूर्णण केली आहे.

2. In Rule No. 3 of the Health Inspector Group-C in the Commissionerate of Health Services

under the Public Health Department of the Government of Maharashtra (Recruitment) Rules, 2021

(hereinafter referred to as “the Principle Rule”), after clause 3 (1) the following proviso shall be

inserted namely :—

“Provided that, a person having minimum 3 years regular service on the post of Multi

Purpose Health Worker Group C in the Commissionerate of Health Services under the Public

Health Department of the Government of Maharashtra and who have passed the Secondary

School Certificate Examination and below mentioned qualification before the date of

publication of the Principal Rules i.e. Health Inspector Group-C in the Commissionerate

of Health Services under the Public Health Department of the Government of Maharashtra

(Recruitment) Rules, 2021 dated 29.09.2021, shall be made eligible for promotion for five

years from the date of publication of these Rules”.

Shall have successfully completed the paramedical 12 Months basic training course

conducted by Health and family welfare training centers of the department / Public Health

Institute, Nagpur for the post of multi-purpose health worker or Sanitary Inspector Course

approved by health and family welfare ministry or Sanitary Inspector course approved by the

Government of Maharashtra,

b. Shall have successfully completed 2 Months basic training course conducted by Health

and family welfare training centers of the department /Public Health Institute, Nagpur for the

post of multi-purpose health worker and who have completed 10 years of regular service as a

Multi Purpose Health Worker.

c. Shall have passed 7th standard from recognized institute, Shall have successfully

completed 2 Months basic training and also shall have completed 15 years of regular service as

a Multi Purpose Health Worker.

महााराष्ट्रााचे राज्यपााल, याद्वाारे महााराष्ट्र शासनााच्या सार्वजनि�क आरोग्य वि�भाागाच्या आरोग्य सेवाा आयुुक्तालयाच्या अंतर्गत “आरोग्य

पर्यवेेक्षक”, गट-क (सेवााप्रवेश) नि�यम, २०२१ यामध्ये सुुधाारणाा करण्याकरि�ताा पुुढीील नि�यम करीीत आहेत :—

अधि�काारी”, गट- क हे पद धाारण करणााऱ्या आणि� ज्यां�नीी वि�ज्ञाान शाखेची पदवीी उत्तीीर्णण केली आहे, अशा कर्ममचााऱ्यां�नाा त्याचप्रमााणे

“आरोग्य नि�रि�क्षक”, गट-क हे पद धाारण करणााऱ्या आणि� मााध्यमि�क शालांं�न्त परीीक्षा उत्तीीर्णण केली आहे व खाालील नमूूद अर्हताा

धाारण केली आहे, अशा कर्ममचााऱ्यांं�चाा देखील ज्येष्ठतेेच्या अधि�न राहून वरीील खंड (क) अंतर्गत, या नि�यमांं�च्या प्रसि�द्धीीपाासून पााच

वर्षांंɕपर्यंंत पदोोन्नतीीसाठी वि�चाार करण्यात येईल ;

(१) १२ महि�न्यां�चेे मूलभूत बहुुउद्देेशीय आरोग्य कर्ममचााऱ्यां�चेे प्रशि�क्षण किं�ंवाा शासन माान्यता प्राप्त स्वच्छताा नि�रि�क्षकााचे अभ्यासक्रम

Services under the Public Health Department of the Government of Maharashtra (Recruitment)

Rules, 2021, as follows, namely :—

1. These rules may be called the Health Supervisor, Group-C in the Commissionerate

of Health Services under the Public Health Department of the Government of Maharashtra

(Recruitment) (*Amendment) Rules, 2023.

2. In Rule No. 3 of Health supervisor in the Commissionerate of Health Services under

the Public Health Department of the Government of Maharashtra (Recruitment) Rules, 2021

(hereinafter referred to the “the Principle Rules”), after clause 3 (1) of the following proviso shall

be inserted, namely ; Provided that by seniority, the person having minimum 3 years regular

service on the post of Lab technician or Laboratory Scientific Officer Group-C with degree of

in Science or The Health Assistant/Inspector in the Commissionerate of Health Services under

the Public Health Department of the Government of Maharashtra and who have passed the

Secondary School Certificate Examination and below mentioned qualification before

the date of publication of the Principal Rules. i.e. Health Supervisor Group-C in the

Commissionerate of Health Services under the Public Health Department of the Government of

Maharashtra (Recruitment) Rules, 2021 dated 29th September 2021, shall be made eligible

for promotion for five years from the date of publication of these Rules”.

a. Shall have successfully completed the paramedical 12 months basic training course

the Governor of Maharashtra is hereby pleased to make the following rules to Lab technician or

Laboratory Scientific Officer Group-C (Circle level) in the Commissionerate of Health Services under

the Public Health Department of the Government of Maharashtra (Recruitment) Rules, 2021, as

follows, namely :—

1. These rules may be called the Lab technician or Laboratory Scientific Officer Group-C

(Circle level) in the Commissionerate of Health Services under the Public Health Department

of the Government of Maharashtra (Recruitment) (*Amendment) Rules, 2023.

2. In Rule No. 3 of Lab technician or Laboratory Scientific Officer Group-C in the

Commissionerate of Health Services under the Public Health Department of the Government of

Maharashtra (Recruitment) Rules, 2021 (hereinafter referred to as “the principle Rules”), after

clause (1) of the following proviso shall be inserted namely,—

“ By promotion of a suitable person on the basis of seniority subject to fitness from

amongst the persons having minimum ten years regular service on the post of Lab Assistant

and holding Secondary School Certificate Examination in Science with Physics or Chemistry

or Biology, shall be made eligible for promotion for five years from the date of

publication of these Rules ”.

१. दि�. २९ सप्टेंबर २०२१ रोजीच्या अधि�सुुचनेेतील नि�यम क्र. ३ खाालीलप्रमााणे वााचाावे.

No. RR 2019/Non-Medical Health Officer/CR. 805/Seva-5.— In exercise of the powers conferred

by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India and in supersession of all existing

rules, orders, resolutions or instruments made in this behalf, the Governor of Maharashtra in

the Commissionerate of Health Services under the Public Health Department of Govt. The rules

regulating recruitment dated 29th September 2021 for the post of “Non-Medical Health Officer,

Group-C” is amended as follows :—

1. Rule No.3 of the notification dated 29th September 2021 should read as follows :—

2. Appointment to the post of Non-Medical Health Officer, Group-C in the

Commissionarate of Health Services under the Public Health Department shall be made

by promotion of a suitable person on the basis of seniority subject to fitness from amongst

the persons having minimum three years regular service on the post of Health Supervisor

and possessing bachelor of Science degree.
