अधिि˜सूचनेेत नमूूद केलेले मौजे राजुरबहुुला, ताालुकाा नााशि�क, जि�ल्हा नााशि�क येथीथीील क्षेेत्राास दि�नांं�क २५ नोव्हेंबर २०२० या ताारखेेपासून

लागू करणेत आलेल्या आहेत व उक्त क्षेेत्र हे उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमााच्या कलम २ खंड (ग) अन्वयेे, औद्योोगि�क क्षेेत्र म्हणूून जाहीर केलेले आहे ;

आणि� ज्याअर्थीी, उपरोोक्त अनुसूचीमध्ये जाहीर केलेल्या जमि�नीी त्याभाागात समाावि�ष्ट आहे (यापुढेे याचाा उल्लेख उक्त जमीन असा

करण्यात येईल.) ;

आणि� ज्याअर्थीी, महााराष्ट्र औद्योोगि�क वि�काास महाामंडळााकरि�ताा उक्त जमि�नीी औद्योोगि�क क्षेेत्र म्हणूून वि�काासासाठी या जागेची

आवश्यकताा असल्याचे राज्य शाासनााचे मत आहे ;

आणि� ज्याअर्थीी, उक्त जमि�नीीच्या जमीन माालकांं�चे व त्यात हि�तसंंबंध असलेेल्या व्यक्तींचे म्हणणे अधिि˜नि�यमांं�च्या कलम ३२ चे

पोोट-कलम (२) प्रमााणे एकूण घेेतलेेले आहे. व त्यानुसार महााराष्ट्र शाासनााने या कलमााच्या ३२ चे पोोट-कलम (१) च्या अनुषंंगाने उक्त

जमीन संपादन करण्याचाा नि�र्णणय घेेतलाा आहे ;

Notice

Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961.

No. IDC. 2018/(C.R.653)/IND-14.—Whereas by Government of Maharashtra has by the

Government Notification, Industries, Energy and Labour Department, No. IDC. 2018/(C.R.653)/

IND-14, dated the 25th November 2020, issued under sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Maharashtra

Industrial Development Act, 1961 (Mah. III of 1962) (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), and

published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Extra Ordinary, Part IV-B, dated 25th November

2020, on pages 5 to 8 notified the 25th November 2020 to be the date from which the provisions

of Chapter VI of the said Act, shall take effect in certain areas of village, ‘Rajurbahula’ in Taluka,

‘Nashik’, District “Nashik”, mentioned in the Schedule appended to the said notification (hereinafter

referred to as “the said area”) and declared the said area as an industrial area under clause (g) of

section 2 of the said Act for the purposes of the said Act;

And whereas, the lands mentioned in the Schedule appended hereto (hereinafter referred to

as “the said lands”) are situated in the said areas;

And whereas, the State Government is of the opinion that the said lands are required by the

Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation for development as an Industrial Area ;

And whereas, after considering the cause shown by the owners in the said lands and by other

persons interested therein and after giving such owners and person an opportunity of being heard

in pursuance of notice issued under sub-section (2) of section 32 of the said Act, the Government of

Maharashtra has decided to acquire the said lands in pursuance of the said section (1) of section 32;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 32 of the said

Act, the Government of Maharashtra hereby publishes this notice for acquiring the said lands for

the purpose aforesaid.

खालील अधिि˜सूचनाा व त्यासोबत जोडलेेल्या परि�शि�ष्टात नमूूद केलेल्या जमि�नींंनाा प्रकरण ६ लागू झााले आहे असे समजण्यात येईल व सदर

जमि�नीी उपरोोल्लि�िखि�त काायद्याच्या कलम २ उप-कलम (ग) नुसार औद्योोगि�क क्षेेत्राासाठी अधिि˜सूचि�त झााल्या आहेत असे समजण्यात येईल;

आणि� जर, “मौजे राजुरबहुुला, ताालुकाा नााशि�क, ‍जि�ल्हा नााशि�क” मधीील औद्योोगि�क क्षेेत्राातील, सदर परि�शि�ष्टात नमूूद केलेल्या

जमि�नीीच्या क्षेेत्रफळाामध्ये व प्रत्यक्ष संयुक्त मोजणीनंंतर (महसुुली अभि�लेेख नमुुनाा क्रमांं�क ७ व १२) व संपादनाासाठी नि�श्चि�ित

केलेल्या

क्षेेत्रफळाामध्ये तफाावत असल्याचे महााराष्ट्र शाासनााच्या नि�दर्शशनाास आणले गेले, व ज्यामुळे सदर अधिि˜सूचनेेत दुरुस्ती होणे महााराष्ट्र

शाासनाास गरजेचे वााटत असेल;

तर, महााराष्ट्र सामाान्य कलमे काायदाा, १९०४ च्या कलम २१ सोबत वााचण्यात येणाऱ्या सदर अधिि˜नि�यमााच्या कलम १, उप-

कलम ३ आणि� कलम २ चे उप-कलम (ग) अन्वयेे प्रदाान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिि˜काारां�तर्गगगत महााराष्ट्र शाासन असे जाहीर करते की,

दि�नांं�क २५ जानेवाारी २०२४ पासून सदर अधिि˜सूचनेेत खालीलप्रमााणे बदल लागू झााले आहेत असे माानण्यात येईल.

CORRIGENDUM

Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961.

No. IDC. 2018/(653)/IND -14.—Whereas, by the Government Notification, Industries, Energy and

Labour Department, No. IDC. 2018/(653)/IND -14, dated 25th November 2020 (hereinafter referred

to as “the said Act”) issued in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the

Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961(Mah. III of 1962) (hereinafter referred to as “the

said Act”), the Government of Maharashtra has appointed the 25th November 2020 to be the date

from which the provisions of Chapter- VI of the said Act shall take effect in the areas mentioned in

the Schedule appended to the said notification and declared those areas as an industrial area under

clause (g) of section 2 of the said Act ;

And Whereas, it is brought to the notice of the Government of Maharashtra that there is a

difference in the measurements of certain areas of the said industrial area and in the areas confirmed

for acquisition after actual joint measurement (revenue records in the forms VII and XII) of Village

Rajurbahula in Taluka Nashik of District Nashik, and the Government of Maharashtra considers it

expedient to amend the said notification so as to mention the correct areas with respect to the said

industrial area in the said notification;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (3) of section 1 and clause (g)

of section 2 of the said Act read with section 21 of the Maharashtra General Clauses Act (I of 1904),

and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby, with effect

from the 25th January 2024 amends the said notification, as follows, namely :—
