क्रमांं�क म.प्र.वि¦.-३३१४/प्र.क्र.४१/नवि¦-७.– सर्वव संबंधिि˜तांं�च्या असे नि�दर्शशनाास आणूून देण्यात येत आहे की, मुंं�बई महानगर प्रदेशश

वि¦कास प्राधिि˜करण अधिि˜नि�यम, १९७४ (१९७५ चा महा.४) याच्या कलम ३२ च्या पोोट-कलम (१) द्वाारे प्रदाान करण्यात आलेल्या

अधिि˜कारांं�चा वापर करून, महारााष्ट्र शाासनााने, मुंं�बई महानगर प्रदेशश वि¦कास प्राधिि˜करणााद्वाारे मुंं�बई नाागरी पायाभूत सुवि¦धा प्रकल्पांं�तर्गगत

आणि�क-पांं�जरपोोळ जोड रस्त्याचे बां�धकाम करण्याच्या प्रयोजनाार्थथ, काही जमीन संपादन करण्यासाठीी अधिि˜सूचनाा काढण्याचे प्रस्ताावि¦त

केले असून ति�चेे प्रारूप यासोबत जोडलेले आहे.

२. उक्त जमीन का संपादि�त करू नयेे यासंबंधात, ही नोटीस, महााराष्ट्र शासनाच्या शासकीय राजपत्राात प्रसि�द्ध केल्याच्या

दि�नांं�कापासून एक महि�न्याच्या आत, महानगर आयुक्त, मुंं�बई महानगर प्रदेशश वि¦कास प्राधिि˜करण, वांं�द्रेे-कुर्ला� संकुल, मुंं�बई ४०० ०५१

यांं�च्याकडे लेखीी कारणेे दााखवि¦ण्यासाठीी, उक्त जमि�नीीच्या मालकां�नाा किं�ंवा ति�च्यात हि�तसंंबंध असलेल्या इतर कोणत्याही व्यक्तींनाा

याद्वाारे, फर्मा�वि¦ण्यात येत आहे.

३. या नोटि�सीच्या अनुसार, उक्त कालावधीमध्ये प्राप्त होऊ शशकतील अशीी, दााखवि¦लेली कोणतीीही कारणेे, शाासनााकडून

वि¦चाराात घेेण्यात येतील.

शाासन नि�र्णणय, नगरवि¦कास वि¦भााग, एमयुआयपी-३४०३/प्र.क्र.६५/न.वि¦.१०, दि�नांं�क १ नोव्हेंबर, २००३ द्वाारे उक्त प्राधिि˜करणााला प्राधिि˜कृत

केले आहे;

आणि� ज्याअर्थी, उक्त प्राधिि˜करणााकडून अभि�वेेदन प्राप्त झााल्यावर, रााज्य शाासनााला असे दि�सूून आले आहे की, उक्त प्राधिि˜करणााद्वाारे

मुंं�बई नाागरी पायाभूत सुवि¦धा प्रकल्पाअंतर्गगत आणि�क-पांं�जरपोोळ जोड रस्त्याचे बां�धकाम करण्याच्या दृष्टीने, यासोबत जोडलेल्या

अनुसूचीमध्ये वि¦नि�र्दि�िष्ट केलेली काही जमीन तसेेच ति�च्याशीी अनुलग्न असलेल्या संरचनाा (यात यापुढे जि�चाा नि�र्देेशश “उक्त जमीन” असा

केला आहे) संपादि�त करणेे आवश्यक आहे ;

आणि� ज्याअर्थी, उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमाच्या कलम ३२ च्या पोोट-कलम (१) च्या परंंतुकान्वये आवश्यक असलेली नोटीस, महााराष्ट्र

शासनाचे राजपत्र दि�नांं�क ५ फेेब्रुुवारी, २०२४ मध्ये प्रसि�द्ध करण्यात आली आहे आणि� उक्त जमि�नीीच्या मालकां�वर व ति�च्यात हि�तसंंबंध

असलेल्या इतर व्यक्तींवर देखीील उक्त नोटीस रीतसर बजावण्यात आली आहे;

आणि� ज्याअर्थी, उक्त नोटि�सीला अनुसरून, उक्त जमि�नीीच्या मालकां�नीी व ति�च्यात हि�तसंंबंध असलेल्या इतर व्यक्तींनी दााखवि¦लेली

कारणेे वि¦चाराात घेेतल्यानंंतर, महारााष्ट्र शाासनााने, यासोबत जोडलेल्या अनुसूचीमध्ये वि¦नि�र्दि�िष्ट केलेली जमीन तसेेच ति�च्याशीी अनुलग्न

असलेल्या संरचनाा संपादि�त करण्याचा नि�र्णणय घेेतलाा आहे.

त्याअर्थी, आताा, उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमाच्या कलम ३२, पोोट-कलम (१) द्वाारे प्रदाान केलेल्या अधिि˜कारांं�चा वापर करून, महारााष्ट्र शाासन,

याद्वाारे, यासोबत जोडलेल्या अनुसूचीमध्ये वि¦नि�र्दि�िष्ट केलेली उक्त जमीन व ति�च्याशीी अनुलग्न असलेल्या संरचनाा संपादि�त करीत आहे :-

Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority Act, 1974.

No. MRD-3314/C.R.41/UD-7.– IT IS BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF All THE CONCERNED

THAT, the Government of Maharashtra, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of

section 32 of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority Act, 1974 (Mah. IV of 1975)

proposes to issue a notification, for acquisition of certain land, for the purpose of construction of Anik-

Panjarapol Link Road under the Mumbai Urban Infrastructure Project by the Mumbai Metropolitan

Region Development Authority, the draft of which is appended herewith.

2. The owners of or any other persons interested in the said land is hereby called upon to

show cause, in writing, to the Municipal Commissioner, Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development

Authority, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra, Mumbai 400 051 within a period of one month, from

the date of publication of this Notice in the Maharashtra Government Official Gazette, as to why the

said land should not be acquired.

3. Any such cause shown pursuant to this Notice, which may be received during the said

period, will be considered by the Government.

Draft Notification

No. MRD-3314/C.R.41/UD-7.– Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has, vide Government

Resolution, Urban Development Department, MUIP-3403/C.R. No. 65/U.D.-10, dated the 1st

November 2003 authorized the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority established

under section 3 of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority Act, 1974 (Mah.IV of

1975), (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), to carry out the construction of the Anik-Panjarapol

Link Road under the Mumbai Urban Infrastructure Project by the said Authority;

And whereas, on representation from the said Authority, it appears to the State Government

that, in order to carry out the construction of Anik- Panjarpol Link Road, under the Mumbai Urban

Infrastructure Project by the said Authority, it is necessary to acquire certain land, specified in

Schedule appended hereto, along with structures appurtenant thereto (hereinafter referred to as

“ the said land”);

And whereas, the Notice as required under the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 32 of the said

Act, has been published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, dated 5th February, 2024 and

the said Notice was also duly served on the owners of and other persons interested in the said land;

And whereas, after considering the cause shown by the owners of and other persons interested

in the said land, pursuant to the said Notice, the Government of Maharashtra has decided to acquire

the land specified in the Schedule appended hereto, along with structures appurtenant thereto;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 32 of the said Act,

the Government of Maharashtra hereby acquires, the said land specified in the Schedule appended

hereto along with structures appurtenant thereto :
