क्रमांंsक नि�शि�/केरो/२०२४/आठ/जा. ६७.—शासनााने वााचाा क्र. २ च्या पत्रान्वयेे नि�यंंत्रक, शि�धाावााटप व संंचाालक, नाागरी पुरवठाा,

मुंंsबई यांंsनी राज्यस्तरीय समन्वयक, तेल उद्योोग यांंsच्याकडून सुधाारि�त डेपो दर प्रााप्त करून घेेऊन त्याआधाारे केरोसीनचेे दर सुधाारि�त करण्याची

कार्ययवााहीी करावी, असे आदेशि�त केले आहे ;

ज्याअर्थीी, सुधाारि�त एक्स-डेपो दराचाा तक्ता सोबत पाठवून सार्ववजनि�क वि�तरण व्यवस्थेमधीील एक्स-डेपो दरामध्ये दि—नांंsक १ फेेब्रुुवाारी

२०२४ पासून सुधाारणा केलेली असल्याचे राज्यस्तरीय समन्वयक, तेल उद्योोग, मुंंsबई यांंsनी या कार्या�लयास वााचाा क्र. ४ च्या ई-मेल संदेेशाद्वाारे

कळवि�लेे आहे ;

त्याअनुषंंगाने सार्ववजनि�क वि�तरण व्यवस्थेअंंतगगत वि�तरि�त करण्यात येणाऱ्या केरोसीनचाा सुधाारि�त कमि�शनसह घाऊक व कि�रकोळ

वि�क्रीी दर नि�श्चििĐित करून त्याबाबत आदेश नि�र्गगमि�त करणे आवश्यक आहे.

prepared by the High Court, Bombay, are hereby, appointed as “Associate” in the Pay Scale of Civil

Judge Junior Division (ACP I), i.e., J-2 (92960-136520) on the establishment of High Court, Original

Side, Bombay, with effect from the date they assume charge of the said post, purely on temporary

Their appointments, if continued as Associate, shall be on probation for a period of two

years or until an order declaring them to have satisfactory completed the probation

period, is made by the Appointing Authority, whichever is later. During the probation

period, their services are liable to be terminated without notice and without assigning

any reason.

Their seniority will be according to their position in the select list for the post of

Associate.

Their appointments, shall be subject to the Bombay High Court Original Side Service

Rules, 2002 and such other rules/circulars as may be issued from time to time by the

High Court.

They will have to deposit one month’s basic pay in lieu of one month’s notice, in case,

they tender resignation without giving prior notice.

List.
