प्रस्तााव महाराष्ट्र शासनााने मांं�डला आहे व उक्त कलम ३ च्या उप-कलम (४) नुसारच्या आवश्यकतेनुसार प्रकाशि�त केले आहे; आणिि”

याद्वाारे नोटीीस दि�लीी जाते की हा मसुदाा महााराष्ट्र शाासन राजपत्राात प्रसि�द्ध झााल्याच्या ताारखेेपाासून तीस दि�वसांं�चा कालावधी संपल्यानंंतर

महाराष्ट्र सरकाार वि¦चारात घेेईल.

२. उपरोोक्त कालावधीत या मसुद्यााच्या संदर्भाभाा�त हरकती किं�ंवा सूचनाा प्रधान सचि�व, नगरवि¦कास वि¦भााग (नवि¦-२), मंत्राालय,

मादााम कामा मार्गग, हुुताात्मा राजगुरु चौौक, मुंं�बई ४०० ०३२ यांं�च्याकडे कोणत्याही व्यक्तीकडून प्राप्त होतील त्या शासनााकडून वि¦चारात

घेेण्यात येतील.

करणााऱ्या इतर सर्व अधिि˜कारांं�पैकी, महाराष्ट्र सरकाारनेे वसई-वि¦रार शहर महानगरपाालि�केशी वि¦चार वि¦नि�मय करून आणिि” याद्वाारे कलम ३

च्या उप-कलम (४) च्या आवश्यकतेनुसार प्रस्ताावि¦त अधिि˜सूचनाा पूर्व प्रसि�द्ध करून यासोबत जोडलेल्या अनुसूची १ मध्ये वि¦नि�र्दि�िष्ट

केलेले क्षेत्र समावि¦ष्ट करताा यावे म्हणूून याद्वाारे वसई-वि¦रार महानगरपाालि�केच्या हद्दीीमध्ये फेेरफाार करीत आहे. वसई-वि¦रार शहरााच्या

सुधारि�त सीमा ज्यासाठीी वसई-वि¦रार शहर महानगरपाालि�का स्थाापन करण्यात आली आहे, अनुसूची-१ मध्ये नि�र्दि�िष्ट केलेल्या क्षेत्रााचा

समावेश केल्यानंंतर, येथे जोडलेल्या अनुसूची-२ मध्ये नमूूद केल्याप्रमाणे असेल.

कसराळीच्या उत्तर सीमे पर्यंत. तसेेच दक्षि�णसीीमेपाासुन म्हणजेेच कसराळीच्या पुर्वसीमेकडुन मौजे-दहि�सर पूर्व लगत उत्तर दि�शेेपाासुन

मौजे- कोशिं�ंबे गावाच्या पुर्वेकडे सरकत व मौजे- शि�रसााडच्या उत्तरेकडील सीमे लगत म्हणेेजच मौजे काशि�दकोोपर गावाच्या पश्चि�िम सीमा

लगत खाली दक्षि�णेेकडे वळूून म्हणेेजच मौजे काशि�दकोोपर, चांं�दीप, पेल्हारच्या पूर्व सीमेपर्यंत.

पुर्वेस.—गाव मौजे- पेल्हार गावाच्या ईशान्य हद्दीीपाासुन सुरु होऊन दक्षि�णेेकडे गाव मौजे-चिं�ंचोटीीच्या ईशान्य सीमेसह दक्षि�ण बाजूने

खाली वळतेे, तसेेच मौजे-कामण आणिि” बापााणे यांं�च्या पुर्वसीमेसह दक्षि�णेेपर्यंत. तसेेच गाव मौजे-चंद्रपााडा व टि�वरीी ही गावे वगळुन.

NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act.

No. VVM-2011/CR.511/UD-23.—The following draft of notification, which the Government of

Maharashtra proposes to issue in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (3) of

the section 3 of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporations Act (LIX of 1949), with a view to alter the

limits of the Municipal Corporation of City of Vasai-Virar, is hereby published, as required by the

sub-section (4) of the said section 3, for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby;

and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration by the Government of

Maharashtra, after expiry of a period of thirty days from the date of its publication in the Maharashtra

Government Gazette.

2. Any objections or suggestions which may be received by the Principal Secretary (UD-II), Urban

Development Department, Mantralaya, Madam Cama Marg, Hutatma Rajguru Chowk, Mumbai 400

032, from any person with respect to the said draft within the aforesaid period, will be considered

by the Government.

DRAFT NOTIFICATION

No. VVM-2011/CR.511/UD-23.—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) sub-section (3) of

the section 3 of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act (LIX of 1949), and of all other powers

enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra, after consultation with the Municipal

Corporation of City of Vasai-Virar and after previous publication of the proposed notification as

required by sub-section (4) of the said section 3 hereby, alters the limits of the Municipal Corporation

of City of Vasai-Virar so as to include therein the areas specified in Schedule-I appended hereto.

The revised boundaries of the City of Vasai-Virar for which the Municipal Corporation of City of

Vasai-Virar has been constituted, after inclusion of the area specified in Schedule-I, shall be such

as specified in Schedule-II appended hereto.

North.—Starting from Northern boundary of Chikhal Dongari Village along the Vaitarna creek

and the along northern boundary of Naringi, Gaskopari, Shirgaon and Kasrali along Vaitarna Creek

and turning toward south i.e. east boundary of Kasrali, Dahisar moving east that is north boundary

of village Koshimbe along east boundary of village Koshimbe and then turning upward towards north

along north boundary of Shirsad and then west boundary of Kashidkopar and downwards that is

southern side along eastern boundary of Kashidkopar, Chandip & village Pelhar excluding villages

Tokre and Khairpada.

East.—Starting from the north eastern boundary of Pelhar village and turning down i.e. south

Vadavali along vasai creek (excluding Village Pali) moving towards north i.e. east boundary of village

Khochiwada and south boundary of village Mulgaon again moving towards south i.e. the east boundary

of village Khochiwada and then turning towards west i.e. east and south boundary of village Malonde

and turning north i.e. western boundary of village Malonde, Dhovali, Sandor, Kaular-khurd turning

toward east i.e. along south and south-eastern boundary of village Rangaon moving downwards to

the west boundary of village Vasalai & Tarkhad, and again turning north i.e. along western and

northern boundary of village Sandor, and western boundary of Saloli, and southern boundary of

Girij, moving towards west i.e. south boundary of village Bhuigaon-budruk then again moving down

towards south side i.e. west boundary of village Rangaon and then turning towards west along south

boundary of village Bhuigaon-budruk, and the western boundary of Bhuigaon-budruk and Bhuigaon-
