NOTIFICATION

National Investigation Agency Act, 2008.

No. SPC 1324/C.R. 06/D-IX.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of

section 22 read with sub-section (1) of section 11 of the National Investigation Agency Act,

2008 (Act 34 of 2008) (In short ‘N.I.A. Act, 2008’), the Government of Maharashtra, with

the concurrence of the Hon’ble the Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court of Judicature

at Bombay, hereby designates Shri P. M. Nagalkar, District Judge – 7 and Additional

Sessions Judge, District Nagpur as a Additional Judge for the Special Court, Nagpur,

to try and deal with the cases filed under N.I.A. Act, 2008, in place of Shri P. Y. Ladekar.
